The two-storied house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 13 with over 3000 square feet. Multi-level decks lead down to an enclosed gazebo, where you can have meals, play games, or gather to chat. Lower deck leads down to expansive green lawn, perfect for hammocks, lawn games, and volleyball. Outdoor shower provided to rinse sand off, Private beach provides fun for adults and children alike. Boating, canoeing, kayaking and swimming can be enjoyed at the beach. In the evening, enjoy a campfire on the beach with the provided fire ring. Beautiful sunsets and many nights of star gazing. Truly an opportunity to relax and unwind.

Fully equipped kitchen provides pots, pans, glassware, dishes, utensils, knives and assorted cooking/baking dishes.
Laundry room has full-size washer and dryer, plus a deep sink to rinse items.
First floor has a workout room consisting of a treadmill, weights, and bench.
Family room provides a fireplace, television, DVDs, and assorted family games.
Dining room table comfortably sits 12, while the kitchen counter sits an additional 2.
Towels and linens are provided.
Free Gigabit Internet and plenty of streaming channels including live TV with local and national channels.

Port Austin is 2 miles from the house, an easy walk or bike ride into town. There you can find restaurants, grocery, novelties, kayak rentals, and artisan shops. Be sure to hit the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays during the summer months, to pick up your local cheeses, fruit, vegetables, antiques, and artisan wares.
