Leave your worries behind for the summer while staying at the Five Oaks Circle Lake House on the Bay. The two-storied house has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 adults and 5 children with over 3200 square feet. Multi-level decks lead down to an enclosed gazebo, where you can have meals, play games, or gather to chat. Lower deck leads down to expansive green lawn, perfect for lawn games, and watching the waves and birds on the lake. Private beach access provides fun for adults and children alike once you cross over our boardwalk. Beach grass grows along the shoreline, protecting the shore from erosion. Sand is before the waters edge. Paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking and swimming can be enjoyed at the lake. Outdoor shower provided to rinse sand and sun screen off.
In the evening, enjoy a campfire on the beach with the provided fire ring. Beautiful sunsets and many nights of star gazing. Truly an opportunity to relax and unwind.

2nd floor bedroom has a queen size bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses, sleeps 2 adults and 2 children
2nd floor bedroom has a twin-size bunk bed and a fold out twin-size sofa bed, sleeps 3 children
Primary bedroom on second floor has an ensuite with a king size bed, gas fireplace private balcony and private bathroom. Bedroom also has a desk/work area with monitor and printer. sleeps 2 adults
1st floor has a full bathroom with shower stall
2nd floor has a full bathroom with tub

Fully equipped kitchen provides pots, pans, glassware, dishes, utensils, knives and assorted cooking/baking dishes
Drip coffee maker and two Keurigs
Laundry room has full-size washer and dryer, plus a deep sink to rinse items.
First floor has a workout room consisting of a treadmill, weights, and bench.
Family room provides a wood fireplace, 50 inch television, DVDs, and assorted family games.
Dining room table comfortably sits 12.

No parties, no events, no reunions, and no extra guests permitted during your rental.
Extra guests than stated at booking will be charged additional fee.
Garage holds 1 car, driveway holds up to three mid-size cars parked side-by side.
No parking on the road.
No parking on neighbors property across the road, or their driveways.
No trailers hauling boats, paddleboards or other items permitted on property.
No RVs or campers allowed on property.
No crossing over onto neighbors property, no using their beach access, or their physical sandy beach. Please stay on our property.
Security cameras are on outside of the property.
Quiet time is between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please respect the neighborhood community.

There is a $600 damage deposit, and a cleaning fee of $300.00 per stay. No housekeeping provided during rental time. Additional charges for additional guests not mentioned in booking of $100/night.

Port Austin is 2 miles from the house, an easy walk or bike ride into town. There you can find restaurants, grocery, novelties, kayak rentals, and artisan shops. Be sure to hit the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays during the summer months, to pick up your local cheeses, fruit, vegetables, antiques, and artisan wares.
