Great house

We enjoyed our stay at the house. This is our second time renting it for Speedweek and it is always a great location for what we need.

Great location!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Just a short walk to beach, less than 5 minutes. We brought our dogs and they loved the backyard. Very clean. Comfortable beds. HUGE comfy couch. Large fridge was great. AC was nice and cold! No bugs. All queen beds. Garage is tight, but we fit our car fine. You’ll need to call management to get info for entry. They did not reach out. But it was super easy to do. Tips: Bring extra beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. Feedback for management: remove roach traps in bathroom behind toilet. Fix sliding door handle, the screw to open was fine but we needed something to grip to get back in. Add ceiling fan in living room would be nice. Update pics, the house was nicer than we expected. Also, small grill is different from pictures. Change listing with additional parking to read that it’s contingent upon neighbor approval. I’m awkward and didn’t feel comfortable asking neighbor for permission to park there, as instructed by management. Add an informational sheet (post on back of garage door or place at entrance) with wifi info and departure instructions.

The house was very comfortable for our stay. It became of a place a refuge during the rainy rescheduled race events. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to next year.

Best stay in non-hotel EVER!

Simply a clean, well stocked and pet friendly location for any activities in the Daytona area. We enjoyed a short drive to the pet beach and an even shorter ride to the Main street nightly food and fun. The manager contacted us immediately for a small issue and resolved. You truly can not ask for any better service. I WILL stay here anytime I visit Daytona.

Best family vacation ever 😍🏖

We loved staying in this house! It’s so close to the beach 🏖 and so close to all our needs😁coffe right around the corner and all the fun🏖🐬 renting this house was so easy and excellent management 😊I will definitely recommend this to everyone. The house it’s really nice and clean too!

My family enjoyed it! It is a very short walk to the beach. The restaurants are within walking distance. The house was clean. The only thing that should be changed is the living room set. It smelled funny. Other than that, our stay there was great!

Horrible!!!

When we arrived the grass in the yard was above our ankles. Then when we opened the door the house was 82 degrees. Turned the a/c down to 70 and after 5 hours it was 85 degrees at 9:00 pm. Called the property manager and informed her of the issue and she said give it at least 24 hours to cool down. After 3 days of this someone finally came and checked the a/c unit and we were told it was not working and had to be replaced. I also requested that they get the yard mowed and was told it I wasn’t happy with the property I was more than welcome to leave. Of course without a refund. I will never use VRBO again or anything listed with them

Not safe bedbugs!

When you walk into the home there is a very distinct smell of mold and trapped moisture. We found dead roaches in almost every corner of the home, but that wasn’t the worst. The first bedroom where our daughters slept has bedbugs we realized it because the girls found one crawling on them (I have photos if you like to see them each corner of the box spring has a nest) I vacuumed the room and did my best to remove them but anyone who knows about bedbugs knows that vacuuming really didn’t do anything. I was afraid to search the other mattress’s in the home but a professional should if I were the owner I would also pull out all the rugs in the bedrooms and replace all the beds but not before hiring an exterminator to kill all the bugs. We would like a refund due to the fact that our vacation was ruined and very uncomfortable, we were forced to stay because we were attending a 3 day event nearby and had limited resources (our credit card was charged for the complete stay at the time of booking). The Location is great given that it’s a block away from the beach that can be walked to, BUT then again the bedbugs honestly ruined our stay.

Great location, poor housekeeping.

The home is positioned in a great location. A one or two minute walk gets you to the sand, which is fabulous. The house is in fine shape, plenty of room for a family and generally as advertised. The large drawback was the housekeeping. We spent most of the first night cleaning and vacuuming hundreds of dead bugs from under and behind nearly every piece of furniture and fixture. Florida is notorious for bugs, so you expect a certain degree of this. That said, it was obvious that the home hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed well in quite some time. The good news is, the home is likely sprayed for bugs often, because the hundreds and hundreds of bugs we removed were all dead before we arrived. A couple of small things could use some attention. The garage door has a busted sensor and doesn't close properly. It will come back up when it hits the floor if you don't hit the button a second time. Also, the fire alarm is dead (I tried new batteries) so I recommend bringing one from home. Finally, keyless entry is great, however, some work is needed. My custom code worked well. Unfortunately, so did 1-2-3-4-home. It didn't feel secure. It's not a 5 star property, but with some deep cleaning and a few fixes to the homes exterior (falling soffit and cracked shutters), it could be a 4 star property.

Outstanding! Highly recommended!

2018 was our second time to rent this house. We first rented in 2017. We will be renting again in 2019. We found the house clean, and very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are roomy and very clean. Closet space is fine. The kitchen is roomy, and has an open space concept shared with the dining area and living room area. There is a nice big screen TV in the wall, and is easily viewed by those in the dining and living room area. It is on the cable network, and has all the programming one would expect. It has a very nice washer and dryer , located in the garage. It is in a very nice and quiet area, and is very convenient to grocery, shopping, and dining facilities. Access to the beach is very convenient. There is a covered patio, and very nice back yard, along with a grill. The property manager is very friendly, and responsive. It provided us with a great experience, and we are looking forward to another stay in 2019!

There was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the sliding glass door, no internet, and a very lengthy check-out list. Otherwise it was fine. Good location.

Overall a good stay but a tv in the basterbedroom would have been nice, the linen and pillow cases had stains on them, outlets are coming out of the wall , the bugs were bad Thank you for letting us stay !

This house was perfect for our memorial day weekend getaway! Not only was it across the beach (walking distance) but 15 minutes to the Main Daytona Beach Pier and 25 minutes to our favorite tiki bar, Chase's By The Beach in New Smyrna. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean! I'd definitely stay again.

Excellent location and great home!

Location is fantastic as it is 1 block from the beach. Great accommodations and pet friendly. The beach is very clean and is a no drive beach if you have children it is an ideal setup. Highly recommend staying here!
