Welcome to ‘Paradise Found’!

Sweet and charming, this lovely beach cottage is located across the street from the beach with a convenient sandy beach path. The open living area is designed for fun and entertainment with a 55” TV, DVD player, and book library for a relaxing poolside read. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for family dinners or late-night snacks and for those moments when work calls during your vacation, you can tackle tasks at the convenient work desk that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Revel in pink and orange sunsets from the northside sundeck where you can also grill up your favorite meals on the convenient propane grill.

With 4 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you'll find space to unwind while still sharing an intimate space with family. 3 of the bedrooms are furnished with comfy king beds and TVs, while the 4th features two convenient bunk beds for extra guests or the kiddos.

Take in stunning beach views from the comfort of the covered and furnished deck, which overlooks your very own private swimming pool—complete with a pool heater or chiller for an additional fee of $400 + tax.

Additional outdoor amenities include an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning table, bonus park-style charcoal grill and covered parking. Located in a golf cart friendly neighborhood near the bicycle path and close to town center.

Beach access is less than a 2-minute walk from the property via a sandy beach path located just across the street from the property.

Exceptional location and value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect for our getaway. The location is right across from the beach access which was super convenient. The house has pretty much everything you could want for a vacation. Things that weren't listed but are included were a very nice ninja blender, curling iron, blow dryer, alarm clocks, and several beach chairs and toys for kids. The property management company was exceptional to work with! They took care of every question and need and were super friendly and personal the entire time The view from the deck is perfect. There are plenty of options inside the home with towels, pillows, beds of various firmness which made it comfortable and cozy. We will definitely look at this property and/or others that are managed by forgotten shores in the future!

Perfect Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd year coming to SGI for vacation and the second year using Forgotten Shores Properties to rent. We had another great experience! The house was perfect, well cleaned, and stocked with supplies. The location is perfect with easy, short access to the beach. We had a great week and we will be back!
