Welcome to this charming newly renovated house in Matunuck RI. This brilliant property offers 2 cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely living area. Outside the little house offers a bar and laundry room. Guests can enjoy the convenience of, Central AC, heating, and WiFi during their stay. With 1 bathroom and an additional outside shower, This welcoming house is perfect for a couple or two who are looking for a comfortable ocean retreat. Experience the magic of Matunuck at my house. The upstairs is designated as an attic area but does have additional tv. A five-minute walk will bring you to South Kingstown Town Beach with full amenities. Vanilla Bean a local favorite for homemade ice cream is also located at the beach. Across the beach is a mini market for fresh sandwiches and groceries. Home has a firepit and a charcoal grill. All bookings are 7 days starting on Saturday. Cottage includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, cart. Walking to the beach is about 5 minutes walking to Potters Pond is about 7-10 minutes. Driveway can accommodate 2 cars only. The cottage is located on a private dirt road. Tesla charging for a fee.

My family of 4 stayed for a week. So cute! Walking distance to the beach, a grocery store, ice cream & a restaurant! Comfortable and relaxing! Deane was a great host to check in also. We highly recommend this little getaway!

Check in process was seamless, the entire unit was incredibly decorated and clean, packed with anything you could ever need for a beach vacation. The location is perfect and just a short walk to the beach, shops, some places to eat. The neighborhood is gorgeous, nice and quiet and the neighbors are friendly. This was the perfect place for my family, we enjoyed eating dinner outside and letting our toddler run around the yard. The beds were super comfortable and made this the perfect home away from home. Would definitely love to stay here again!

he house in Matunuck was absolutely stunning—recently renovated and beautifully designed, it truly feels like something out of a magazine. The location made it even better, sitting right across the street from the beach and just a short walk to great restaurants and activities. Every detail was perfect, and the combination of the home’s quality and the unbeatable location made it worth every dollar and more. I couldn’t be happier with this choice!Mike

We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties through out the north east over several years and this is one of the best! The accommodations were comfortable and luxurious. The host was very concerned about our comfort and if we were enjoying the property. Any minor issues we encountered were addressed immediately. We wished we could have stayed a few days longer. I would consider returning because we had a good time. I would recommend booking this property for future vacations. Thank you Deane & Todd for everything.Hope to see you next year.
