Coastal Home Located on Fortuna Ranch Farm Sanctuary.
Peaceful Retreat with Stunning Views
Detached Home, where tranquility meets modern comfort. Located just 20 minutes from the beach and nestled in the serene rolling hills of East Encinitas' Olivenhain community, this 1200 sq. ft. home offers the perfect balance of coastal access and countryside relaxation. With breathtaking hillside views in a custom 2025 built home loaded with solid wood, stone and tile. Unwind and reconnecting with nature.

• 2 Bedrooms / 2.5 Baths: Beautifully designed with natural wood accents, custom distressed tile flooring, and knotty alder doors, our sanctuary home is a haven of comfort.
• Primary Bedroom: Featuring a California King organic mattress and sheets, dual sinks, and a separate toilet area, the master suite is a peaceful retreat.
• Second Bedroom: A cozy Queen bed with organic mattress and sheets ensures restful sleep.
• Fully Stocked Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing fresh produce grown right on the property.
• Outdoor Space: Enjoy panoramic views and the fresh air on the large wrap-around porch. Relax in your private yard with fruit trees, a garden area, and views of the sanctuary grazing area where our goats roam freely.
Eco-Friendly & Sustainable:
We believe in living sustainably. Our property uses solar energy, 100% recycled water through a 5-stage monitored system, and eco-friendly cleaning products. You can even purchase organic fruits and veggies grown on the property during your stay.
Surrounded by endless hiking trails and horse trails.
Grocery stores and shopping is 10 minutes away.
Beach access is 20 minutes away. Cardiff beach and Moonlight beach are the two closest beaches.
Elfin Forest hiking trails are a 10 minute drive.
Horse trails are accessible straight from property main road.

I am a real estate broker. Nothing matches the tranquility of the rolling hills with the proximity to the beach and restaurants as our current location. I love surfing, hiking, skiing. My wife is a passionate animal lover and animal welfare advocate who enjoys hanging with our two dogs and herd of goats. We enjoy a plant based lifestyle with a particular love for tacos and guacamole. Our family motto is to love God, others, earth and animals.

The property is located 20 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to shopping and restaurants but backs up to open space and rolling hills. There is endless hiking right from the property and and you are immersed in nature. The property has over 200 fruit and nut trees and lots of vegetable gardens.

We are located on a farm sanctuary surrounded by over 200 fruit and nut trees and lots of vegetable gardens. The property is also a sanctuary of health for humans. We have a barn and gathering space that can be rented out for small gatherings (under 30). See website for more info.
