Beautiful, blonde hardwood floors guide you through this spacious home with an open floor plan perfect for your next family beach vacation. It’s also just steps away from a small, lesser known, public beach access leading you to the sugar white sand and crystal clear water of the spectacular Gulf of Mexico.

The newly renovated open kitchen with an oversized island, granite counter tops, and new stainless steel appliances is a chef’s dream! Your family and friends will congregate here after a long, relaxing day at the beach to enjoy their favorite cocktails and appetizers before heading out for dinner or grilling fresh caught fish on the BBQ. The large, wrap-around screened porch also provides an outdoor dining option.

This impeccably decorated home features 2 master suites with king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom, although most of your time will be spent by the large, private pool or walking on the beach. Please note, the queen bedroom and 1 bath are located on the ground floor and are only accessible by an outside entrance. Aquaviva is located 1 short block off 30A, this home is perfect for the family, as it’s only a 2-minute, easy walk to the beach! Aquaviva will spoil you, and keep you coming back for more!

I can’t say enough good things about the property and Dune Allen Realty! Each team member I spoke with were very nice and responded quickly.The property itself was beautiful, spacious, conveniently located right next to beach and was fully equipped to host upon arrival. Check in and check out both went smoothly. The private pool, screened in porch and covered parking spots were all very useful during our stay! I highly recommend this property and working with the team.

Amazing Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aquaviva checked all the boxes for our family. We had multi -generations and it was perfect for all ages. The pool was incredible. Heating it is a must! We can’t wait to boom again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the home, location and the pool. There weren't towels at first but they were dropped off, when we called. The pool area included toys and a used bandaid from prior renters. We loved the screen porch and the great room. The bedrooms were comfortable.
