Fully renovated with restored original wood floors, full kitchen, concrete countertops. 1 car garage available with manual door. Each bedroom features a queen bed, perfect for a pleasant night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities including AC or heat, a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, smart TV, and heating. Relax in the secluded Rodeo Room with your favorite book and drink. The bathroom includes a bathtub for a delightful soak after a day of exploring. There are plenty of great restaurants in the vicinity to enjoy, or you can go for a ride on the Treat Bike Boulevard which connects to the famous Tucson Loop. Our peaceful place is an exceptional value in a sought out neighborhood. If you want to wind down at the end of a great day, enjoy the fire pit table in the enclosed back yard. We are confident you will enjoy your stay here at our Linden House!

Charming & comfortable bungalow house

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is recently updated and has comfortable beds and furnishings. The seating on the front porch and in the backyard were also very nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to several good restaurants. We’d recommend staying here!

The place looks exactly like the pictures. It was extremely clean and very close to U if A. Communication with the owner was excellent!! I highly recommend!

We didn’t want to leave this home sweet home for so many reasons. The home has the charm of an older home with all the modern creature comforts: kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals (even a nice selection of spices); beds so comfortable it was hard to get up; great heating and cooling; dual sinks in the bathroom and good water pressure; comfortable furniture inside and out; immaculately clean; a front porch with views of the Santa Catalinas in the distance (great sunsets); peaceful neighborhood with pleasant number of folks out walking dogs, pushing strollers and biking. Great restaurants within walking distance. Close to University of Arizona (beautiful campus) and the Tucson Botanical Garden just to name a couple of the many sight seeing options. The host was responsive. Could not been any better!
