✦ Sound travels far and although we sit on 7 acres, please be respectful of quiet hours and our neighbors
✦ From October through March, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle or carrying tire chains due to potential snow and icy conditions.
✦Bears live in the area and are attracted to food smells—please remove all food from your vehicle and keep doors securely closed at all times.
✦ Leaving doors or windows open may allow smaller critters such as mice, lizards, and insects to enter the home. Please keep them closed whenever possible.
✦ We stock firewood periodically. We suggest bringing some (just in case!) if you are going to have a fire. If there's any there, you are welcome to use it.
✦ Partying, smoking, and any violation of the house rules will result in a $1,000 charge
✦ We always suggest getting travel insurance for those "life happens" moments

This cabin was perfect for our group. It easily fit 14 adults without us feeling overcrowded. There was plenty of comfortable furniture - the window seat in the living room was a coveted spot. Everything was very clean and well labeled. The house was also well stocked with supplies like towels and kitchen utensils.The location was perfect - 10 minutes away from Bass Lake and Oakhurst, 25 minutes away from Mariposa Grove. The owners were very responsive - they had glasses delivered to the house before we even noticed the lack of them!I would 100% recommend this property for a large group.

The hosts are excellent at communicating and we’re very helpful! The home is beautiful with easy access to Yosemite National Park. We enjoyed all the amenities including the pickleball court, hot tub, big living spaces, plenty of parking, game room, theater, and spacious bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to this area.

Was an incredible time! Our host was very quick to answer questions and help us with anything we needed. Sometimes rentals are outdated and dirty but this place was clean, spacious and up to date. No issues with the hot water or plumbing while taking care of our large group. Loved the court and the hot tub! It was too bad it hasnt snowed yet but its a getaway that I look forward to returning to with my large family. Cant wait for next year!

This placed was great for our family vacation rental for our extended family of adults. The youngest was 20 and the oldest was 86. The house was clean and well stocked and met all our needs. While some of the rooms had bunk beds, they were all larger sized beds that could fit an adult couple. One room was slightly akward in the basement as you had to walk through it to access the room on the other side of the basement. We worked around this by leaving that back door unlocked so the other person could walk around the outside of the house to directly accessing their room without having to walk. It worked out fine for us. If you have younger kids, that downstairs area would likely be blast for them as it has a couple of rooms with bunk beds, a small theater, and plenty of games. We enjoyed the detached building with the pickle ball courts, and cooked every meal in the house and ate at the large dinner table. Some of the couples made the very short drive to Yosemite for hiking in the morning and were back for lunch. My favorite feature was that we were able to bring our two dogs who loved the outdoor areas. All-in-all, the entire family (dogs included) enjoyed this place!
