This home is a great place to stay for all sorts of local activities! World class hiking, sightseeing, mountain climbing, boating, swimming, sightseeing, bird watching, skiing, mountain biking, off-roading and dining options just minutes away. Enjoy the best of our local restaurants and shopping!

Our property is massive and very private. Imagine opening the door to the wonderfully decorated HUGE living room.
Bollinger Place Villa has two of everything! Yes, two floors and each really could be treated as separate homes. Leave the middle door un-locked and let the entire family mingle, or lock and enjoy lots of privacy.
A very large game room and living room with large TV is on the bottom floor for everyone to enjoy. Everything from Ping Pong to Pool and darts.
You will find something to do here regardless of your age :)
