Perfect for professionals coming to Seattle or couples on vacation. There is a simple rental agreement to complete/sign within 48 hours of booking (Required: minimum age of 25 & provide email) required to finalize the booking. Complete the booking and sign the rental agreement, and you’re on your way to a great stay!
There is a second public lake 5 houses away with a walking trail and a children's park. It is 10 minutes from a shopping mall and 15 min from the Tacoma Dome. It's only a 7 min drive to Dash Point beach and state park. Come have a relaxing, clean, safe vacation in a quiet upscale community while only minutes from adventure.

The house sits on a private lake in a golf course community. It is 5 houses from a public lake with a playground and walking trail. It's safe and has 24 hour security. As well as being well maintained through an HOA. It is an upscale community , family oriented yet quiet.
