Perfect 1Br Near Puyallup. Pool Table and Peaceful Yard

This spacious and clean ADU apartment is located in a secluded area 10 minutes outside Puyallup. Relax around fire pit, shoot pool on the full-size pool table, or enjoy a movie night on the comfy couch with surround sound. No washer or dryer on site.

We will absolutely be available if anything goes wrong with the house (if you run into any issues with the accommodations, let us know immediately!). However, we are not available to accompany guests, drive them around, or act as a concierge. Unfortunately, we just don't have the time.

This house is located in a private, quiet neighborhood. It is about a 10-minute drive from downtown Puyallup. There are steep steps outside north end of home with a railing leading down to the private entrance, please use caution or use path located at the south end of home to gain access to back of home where entrance is.

Beautiful and private

This is our second time staying at this location and we would choose it again! Quiet location, private space and lots of room to relax and enjoy. The property manager was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend.

Quiet, clean, and perfect! Nice and quiet spot to spend out anniversary together. Even got to see a doe in the yard in the early morning. Great communication and accommodating.

Family visit and wedding

Everything we needed was there from coffee maker and crockpot to fluffy towels and hot water for showers and dishes. My husband and grandson enjoyed playing pool together and we had seating for us all to play games together. Thanks for a great stay

Secluded in Puyallup

We loved the location. Not far from everything but also in a private area. Everything was as described and we were very happy with this rental. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us!

We arrive after 10pm, lights on the stairs were minimal and no lights on at entrance. That was challenging after a long day of traveling . Otherwise everything else was great! Thank for your hospitality

Very pleasant experience

The property is very cozy and clean. The host takes care pretty much of every aspect of guests' needs, providing them with five-star experience, usually not found even in the finest hotels. The area is quiet and peaceful. The bed and sofa are comfortable. The pool table is an extra anyone can enjoy. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Thank you!

Nice work stay

This property worked out well for my stay. I was in the area for work for the week. The gym station was great to recover from the flight and gave me something to do besides watch TV on my down time. The pool table was also a nice amenity. I would stay again.

Great stay

Very comfortable and clean. The bedding was very cozy, and the hot tub was perfect! Plenty of towels and blankets for the stay. Even though it was part of the house, it felt very private. I would recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

A Place to Recharge

This property is ideal for the person/people who need a place to recharge. The rooms, patio and water features are Wonderful for people who need calm and quiet to reset their energy. The location is in a quiet neighborhood...for me that means no highway traffic noise, no trains, or sirens. If staying in hotels wears you out, this is a functional, restful property for long stays, which is what this lady needs.

Spacious and private

This was an amazing find! The ADU and property are beautiful and well maintained! Didn’t get a chance to enjoy them this time, but fun to have options for basketball, fire pit and hot tub! Not to mention a home gym, pool table and tv inside! So great all around. The ceilings are vaulted so my 6’5” husband didn’t feel like we were in a daylight basement. The host was helpful and responsive. Would recommend and hopefully will have another reason to stay here again.

Inaccurate listing

My son and I stayed here while on spring break. We were skiing for the week and this listing is located between several ski areas that we wanted to ski at. Unfortunately the property owner didn't take the time to make sure their listing was accurate. The hot tub didn't work, which the owner new that before we booked this listing, and that was one of the main reason we booked this stay. There was also no BBQ which was listed at the time and there was no stereo which was also listed at the time. Because there is no oven, only a small Cuisinart oven/air fryer, we came prepared to BBQ for the week. Instead we had to do what we could to cook with what was there. The T.V. worked ok but the Roku didn't work with the broken HDMI cable that was there. The stereo was in the pictures but was gone when we arrived. Luckily I accidentally had a small speaker in one of my bags so we could listen to some music while we played pool. The pool table was great and we shot pool plenty while we were there. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked ok. The cooking situation was interesting because the air fryer is right below a smoke detector so it went off regularly. Eventually I moved it under the hood and moved the hot plate elsewhere so we could cook dinner with out the smoke alarm going off. This space has great potential but the owner needs to take the time to make sure the listing is accurate and everything is in working order.

Great place to stay

Everything was very clean inside. The contact responded very promptly to all messages sent. They were very accommodating. I appreciate the touches that were provided in the unit. It felt like home and was very comfortable. The space is much larger than what is portrayed in the pictures. The only downside I can say is that the stairs are narrower than I'm used to and i had a couple of near misses with potential falls. The walkway that had fewer stairs was more friendly to walk down. I would definitely consider renting this space again.

Beyond GORGEOUS!

The property is in a gorgeous neighborhood, and it backs up to a forested area, that had deer grazing in the morning. The property manager was VERY responsive and always addressed our issues immediately. A couple small issues, were the stairs were a bit scary navigating while it was raining, but there is a hand rail. And moving the hot tub cover is a two person job for sure (it seemed a bit water logged to me). But all in all 5 star stay without a doubt. We loved it!!!!

The property is beautiful and peaceful. Both beds were comfortable. However, please do not leave the air conditioning on or the temperature so low. We were all freezing as we couldnt find any controls to aleviate the 40 degree feeling the entire time there. We went outside a lot to warm up or went around with blankets while inside. It was quite uncomfortable. Also, several of the cement blocks down to the property are placed crookedly and need leveling for safety sake. Thanks
