Highly Recommend!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the property. It’s always clean and the host is super responsive. Extremely close to the PGA West Clubhouse. Highly recommend!

Great house and location

This property was beautiful and such a wonderful stay for my colleagues and I who worked an event. Proximity was a mere 15 minutes from site, with easy access to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants and had all of the amenities we needed for the 12 days we were there. Highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!

Great La Quinta home

This house was very comfortable and extremely clean and neat. The two king size suites were so nice for our friends and ourselves. Our son stayed in the casita and enjoyed the quietness and pleasant surroundings. The kitchen was well stocked and maintained. We used the grill a few times which was fantastic. Our granddaughters so enjoyed the pool which is a very nice size. Our trip was great and we would return to this house again and again. Thanks!

This place was great. The only complaint if you call it was only one wash cloth in each bathroom and the bars of soap were very small. The people I dealt with were outstanding. We are definitely coming back next year when the three couples can decide on a date

Great stay at PGA West

We had 3 couples for our one week stay. The two suites inside the main house with king beds were very nice. The casita was nice as well but does have a queen size bed. The home was very clean when we arrived. The pool area was great with a fantastic view of the golf course and mountain backdrop. Thanks to the staff from this home, a water problem at the casita was handled immediately. Would return to this property again.

Lovely home....

Lovely home, great location, beautiful view of golf course, mountains, etc. Convenient location to La Quinta center. Neither bedroom in the main house has a dresser, which is difficult if your stay is a two weeks or longer.The closets have adequate hanging poles, but no shelving to put things on that you fold. A few other small items which need to be addressed have been communicated to the agent to pass on to the owners. Otherwise great house, great location.

We had a fun time at this property but there are a few things that left a sour taste. The biggest one was the uncharge for using the property. We were charged for the use of meter/ gas and electricity on the property. We had no reference on how much something used. The second king bed room a/c did not work . The sheets on the king beds were too big and they kept slipping off. I would have not complained about any of this if we did not get the uncharge at that the end. Charge more for the property because the uncharge gave us a sour taste about the property in the end. Also I do not believe that the sheet of paper that tried to explain the meter reading did anything as you do not know what makes the meter go up and how fast. pool, hot tub, a/c the lights in the house.

Great Weekend Getaway

The property was in great shape and perfectly sized for my family of 3 + 2 grandparents. Property manager commuication was thorough and timely. Everything seemed to be set up perfectly for an easy check-in and stay. Definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay! We all enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The unit was perfect for our family. We enjoyed mornings in the hot tub and the sun sets were perfect for family photos. We had family dinners using the large grill. The unit is next to a common pool and one other neighbor. The kitchen was well stocked and the local agents were quick to handle any issues. We will return next year!

Nice but should be better

We enjoyed the location and layout of the home. The outdoor area with the fire pit was enjoyable. We like to cook and although the kitchen layout was nice the kitchen lacked adequate utensils, bowls, pans, coffee bean grinder did not work, etc. There was noticeable deferred maintenance which needed attention, i.e. front door lock - only one lock worked and was not fixed while we were there; sink in bathroom leaked and was not fixed while we were there ( plumber turned off the cold water to that sink and hot water was too hot to use, so basically only had one sink in that bathroom.). Outdoor BBQ needed attention. Inadequate amount of sheets and towels. We were there for a month and there were inadequate cleaning supplies, I.e. no usable mop, vacuum worked after all the debris was removed from the connection of the hose to the canister, no cleaning rags. Our complaints are easy fixes. But for the money we paid, we shouldn’t have had these concerns.

Great home with beautiful views. Location was perfect, All in all we had a wonderful time in this home. One thing… you never have to worry if you need something… Property Manager Rozit responds immediately and takes care of everything.

Thanksgiving in the Desert

First rate property and very easy reservation and check-in process. Beautiful mountain view...Pool and hot tub were great. Also right next door to community pool. Will look to stay there again.
