Thank you for your review Flora, we are happy to hear you and your family enjoyed your stay minus some issues you did experience, we do apologize for about this and the soap should of been brought out to you before the 3rd day of your stay, as far as the trash bags per your what to pack letter it states to bring trash bags as well as other items, as we only provide one trash bag per can and then after that the guest is responsible for the rest of their stay.
