Comfortable spacious home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It seemed to be the only vacation rental home in the neighborhood and the lot was small, so very close to permanent residents. Short easy drive to Vanderbilt Beach, shopping, and dining.

The lots in this neighborhood are commonly 50' wide by 110, 120 or 135ft deep. Occasionally there are double wide lots which are 100 feet wide.

Nice place!

Great spot ideally located

Group of four on a golf trip - place was ideal. Great location that provided easy access to restaurants, beach and golf. Plenty of space and comfortable accomodations. Only downside was the jacuzzi never heated for us, despite paying the fee. Still would happily rent there again.

Beautiful Home

We love staying at Severina. Have stayed here before and will be back! The house is spacious and comfortable along with everything we needed. In the garage you will find beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and even beach toys. Short drive or bike ride to Vanderbilt beach. Pool in the backyard is private and great for hanging out at home. Definitely recommend!

Excellent vacation home

First time booking on VRBO and we didn’t know what to expect. We were very satisfied how accurate the pictures were and the cleanliness of the house. The pool was well taken care of and clean. It is not walking distance to the beach but it is a short car ride. Still in a very good location and beach community. I would definitely recommend staying at this house and look forward to booking it again.

Great stay

We found a very good equipped and clean house. The vacation home Naples react directly without time delay to every question or wish. We had a smoke detector who run out of battery and after 2 hours every batterie was changed. 5 stars for care and Organisation. We give 4 stars because of the cold pool. We paid over 700$ /day. I think we should expect a heated pool and no extra charge of 70-100$/ day + tax. Otherwise we are satisfied with our stay in Naples

Great location. Nice house. Just a few items: lots of spiders and nests in the pool area upon arrival. Bugs in the kitchen daily, but I took care of them. A/C went out twice; pool heater went out for a couple days; and workers clearing fences and bushes was unexpected. However, Management and Maintenance response was timely, efficient, and very helpful. You guys do a good job responding.

In a very popular vacation rental like the Severina, and with shortages of materials and laborers after COVID, we try hard to schedule work between renters. Perfect short vacation!

This was a perfect home, great location for our family of 5 for a quick SW Florida getaway! We have stayed in many properties, and this home was truly the cleanest home I’ve ever seen! Well appointed and nice furniture and decor. Some of the neighborhood was older, but we felt totally safe and comfortable. The house was within 2 miles of the beach, restaurants and shopping. There were beach towels, beach chairs and coolers, which were perfect for us! The clean pool and covered outdoor area were a welcome relaxation area when retuning home every afternoon/evening. Check in/ check out were super easy. Welcome basket with some items on arrival, and there was no long list of check out chores to be done, which was a huge plus! We are looking forward to returning! Thank you!

Weekend getaway

My family and I rented this beautiful home for memorial day weekend and although the weather was not ideal, we made the best of it. We usually rent houses in the west coast for the weekend and my only concerns were that the home did not feel as comfortable and welcoming from what I am used to. The one towel per person rule does not really make sense when you have women staying in the house, the residential neighborhood was a surprise to me as well and the extra fee for heating the pool or "hot" tub was not nice either (given all the taxes and extra charges that add up to a high sum). I also wanted to bring up that the only lock in the house was the key code. My mom and the grandkids did not feel as safe. I would recommend adding a lock inside like have in the hotel rooms.

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション

Terribly Disappointed

The pics shown were amazing but the property was anything but. The proximity to the beach was 6 min via car but the homes around were not very nice.The pool was terribly small, several of the blinds would not open. The blinds on the master slider kept falling off. The master toilet seat was unstable. Some of the cutlery was left dirty in the drawer. The pool deck was not clean and neither was the hot tub. We did not use either the pool or the hot tub. I dont think this property was worth 4k!

Comfortable stay

A nice clean well-kept home. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was fully functional with all utensils, as well as for grilling. If I had to come up with a negative, the only thing I could find would be that there was no bath soap to start you out with.

This is our second time renting this house and we really enjoy the amenities and location of the house. We like that the house is newer construction and the decor and furniture are laid out perfectly for what our family needs. We look forward to renting this house again in our near future. Thank you
