My stay was excellent. The location was right across the street from the beach and steps away from the pool. Service was exceptional. It there was an issue it was resolved immediately. The only downside was that you are only provided one roll of toilet paper and one roll paper towels. There are onsite grills and we even received a beach essentials credit. Amazing place… We will definitely book again.

In the arrival information we provide to each guest, we explain that included in each property, is a complimentary "start-up" of items to aid in getting each guest started on their stay. Included with each property is 1 roll of tissue per bathroom, startup trash bags, meaning each trash receptacle will be lined with a trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen, and small soaps. Family vacation

This is our third time staying at this location. They are always clean and this is the first year we had any maintenance issues. Which they resolved immediately. It’s walking distance to the gift shops and the hangout so no need to pay for parking. Nice view of the lagoon off the balcony.

Gulf of America weekend getaway

The place was a great stay. Condo was clean and came with all the necessities needed! The King bedroom mattress is very loud and I would wake up our baby getting in and out of the bed all night and the beach access is public beach access. It is a good little walk to get to the boardwalk out to the beach especially if you have a 2 month old and a lot of things to carry. The closest paid parking is very small and fills up quickly.

Great for our family

We were walking distance to all of the local things we wanted to do! We were a quick walk away from the beach. The pool is viewable from the deck and you can see the water from both spots! The house was clean, ready for us, and was easy to get in and out of when we needed to come and go. If you have kids, I would bring scooters for the walk to things!

Bunch of guys golfing so just was there in the evenings. All we had time for a little TV and a place to sleep. Had a good time. Only complaint s we had was that there were no trash bags, no dish towels, and not enough wash clothes and towels

Brian, We hate you only had a 3/5 star experience during your stay with us in this great property. The arrival information gives guests the details of what is provided with your stay ahead of time to help guests with planning for their trip. It states how many towels, washcloths, hand towels and dish towels are included so guests can plan ahead of time. If you did not have the allotted amount upon arrival, we would've made sure they were brought to you during your stay. We are terribly sorry if this was the case, however we never heard from you or we would've been more than happy to assist with making your stay all that it should be. Wonderful Stay!

It was our family’s first trip to Gulf Shores and we couldn’t of had a better time. We loved the location of the property. Right around the corner from everything! Our unit was beautiful just as described and we had 0 complaints! We hope to visit again soon!

Good Location, needs detail cleaning

Good location near the beach and main attractions. Kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Couple things about the condo the floors and kitchen counter tops were dirty upon arrival. Overall it was a good first stay with using VRBO.

Very easy to book and the property manager was very helpful. They also let us check in a few hours earlier. Proximity to the beach was great (right across the street). We had one small appliance issue and the property manager had someone come fix it early the next day. Great place. Recommended.

Cute place!

Very cute place. Not too far from the public beach access. Did find a water bottle and some food under the coffee table the first night. So that wasn’t cleaned great but everything else was very clean!

Great stay!

The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star are the steps to get to the room. Two huge flight of stairs were definitely not ideal to go up and down multiple times a day. Anyone with handicap needs wouldn’t be able to stay here.

Loved the place the only issue we had was we had to wash all the dishes and counter tops before we could use them and beds were not great either other then that we loved it it was perfect
