Charming 3-bed, 4-bath beach house in Orange Beach, AL. Just a short walk from the beach, this cozy retreat offers a comfortable stay with modern amenities and a large community pool. Explore the local sandy beaches, indulge in water sports, and savor the coastal charm.

The house perfectly situated near some of the best local restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to all the local beaches.

The beach house is comprised of (3) bedrooms and (4) bathrooms. The 1st floor has a full bathroom with a walk in shower, a living room, dinning room space, and full kitchen. Additionally, there is a balcony/patio that is accessible from the living room. The 2nd floor patio is kitted with seating for 4.

The 2nd floor houses the (3) bedrooms. The master has a queen and a large walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has (2) bunk beds (a full and twin, and (2) Twins) and has its own full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo perfect for kids and/or adults. Last, the third bedroom comes with a queen and lofted twin bed and its own full bathroom with a bath/shower combo. In the event that an additional bed is needed, a blow up mattress is also available for use.

There are smart TV's in the living room, master, and the third room, but not in the bunk room.

Underneath the house, there is parking for (3) cars. Additionally, there are hooks and clips for hammocks which you are free to use them (hammocks are stored in the laundry room when not in use). There is also patio furniture on the back side of the house to relax on.

Lastly, there is a community pool, firepit, and putting green. Guest access is included with your stay. So, feel free to wander down to the pool and relax! Please note that boat parking at the house is NOT allowed due to HOA restrictions.
