Entire private townhome in Chapel Hill. On the free bus line and minutes from UNC and Duke.
Washer/Dryer, Renovated Kitchen, 3D home theater, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated.
Downstairs bedroom features a king bed, its own kitchenette, a study area, and a full bathroom with a tub. Upstairs bedroom features two queen beds (one lofted), its own fridge and freezer, and overhead storage.
Upstairs bathroom is the last photo. Real granite walls, floor, and ceiling. Triple showerheads with individual water supplies.
Please park only in spots labeled for the unit.
Note there are actually 3 bedrooms, but one is just used for storage of maintenance supplies.
