Welcome to "Sawlty Dawg" – A Premier Beachfront Retreat in Destin Pointe!

Tucked away in an exclusive gated community, this stunning 4-bedroom beachfront escape is designed for families seeking both privacy and luxury. The primary suite is a true retreat, offering breathtaking Gulf views, a spacious layout, and a serene coastal ambiance. The additional bedrooms are also incredibly spacious, ensuring comfort for everyone in your group.

Step outside to the beautifully designed outdoor seating area, perfect for families and friends to unwind while watching the unforgettable sunset views over the Gulf. Guests have access to 3 pools; one behind Magnolia House (seasonally heated), one on the north side of Lands End and the new infinity pool on the south side of Lands End. You can also explore the serene nature preserve, or take a stroll to the famous jetties—ideal for fishing, snorkeling, or simply soaking in the coastal beauty. From March 1 - October 31, you will receive complimentary beach service set up consisting of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. Simply tell the beach attendant you are staying at 65 Lands End, Sawlty Dawg!

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, "Sawlty Dawg" offers ultimate seclusion, nestled behind protected sand dunes with a private walkover to the beach. The living room is flooded with natural light, thanks to expansive windows that showcase endless Gulf views, making every moment feel like a postcard-perfect escape.

For those looking for fun beyond the beach, the home now features a brand-new game area, packed with entertainment for all ages—including Ping Pong, Pop-A-Shot Dual Basketball, Arcade Game Fun, and more!

Whether you're looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, this home delivers the best of Destin’s luxury beachfront living!

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

Magnolia House and Old Beach pools are open from 9am - 10pm each day.

Infinity Pool is open from 9am to sundown.

Note; golf cars are NOT allowed in Destin Pointe.

Amazing beach access and view, the house is a little outdated. We found 2 cockroaches as soon as we arrived, one in the living room and another in the bathroom, both dead. The door of the master bedroom didn’t stay closed and the bed and mattress was extremely squeaky in the master bedroom. A lot of humidity in the downstairs bedroom the bed covers were wet when we arrived.

The house was as described. We had two adults and 5 teens. There was plenty of room and space for everyone. The large windows with the ocean/beach view were beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with all things you would need to cook. We cooked breakfast every morning and a few lunch/dinners. They included dish washer packs, garbage bags and one roll of paper towel. I would suggest purchasing more paper towel and some Lysol wipes for the counter top clean up after cooking if you’re staying more than a few days. The hot water for the showers took several minutes to get warm, but once it was warm we had plenty of hot water. They included some beach towels and plenty of bath towels. There was a bin of sand toys on the bottom deck. All the beds were very comfy. The pools and hot tubs that are on the property were very nice. We drove to the one by the magnolia house almost every night as that pool is heated. The new infinity pool is right next to the house and is nice, but it was chilly while we were there. Friday night we could see the fireworks from our front deck that they do at the HarborWalk which was really neat. The views out the back decks were amazing and the walk over the deck to the beach is new and very nice. One suggestion is a very deep clean of the house. Although it was “clean” it needs a good deep clean of the floors, nooks and crannies, vents, corners, walls. Not enough for me to complain, but it is noticeable that it needs a good deep clean. We would come back!

Great house at a great location in Destin. The home being right on the beach can't be beat...quick/easy access to the beach via a short walk over the private walkway. When not on the beach, could enjoy the views and sound of the waves from the back deck. Home had plenty of space and came well supplied in many ways including kitchen needs and beach toys.Great communication with the property management firm. No complaints...would rent again.

Beautiful place

We loved staying at the Salty Dawg, you cannot beat the location! It was comfortable for all ages.Just a couple suggestions … and we know there are new owners… more towels … it sleeps 12 which we had… more bath towels and beach towels would have been great … additional garbage cans in the basement would be nice., also window coverings in the lower level.. since the littles were down there.. would would love to stay here again all and all amazing

Our family spent an unforgettable week at this beautiful oceanfront beach house, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot. We loved sitting out there every morning, soaking in the view of the sparkling water, and each evening watching the breathtaking sunsets.The gated community made us feel secure and private, and having access to multiple pools in addition to the beach gave us the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for the whole family.A special thanks to Alex, our guest liaison with Modern Beach, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. His detailed guide made arrival stress-free, and he was always quick to respond whenever we had a question. His attentiveness truly elevated the experience.This home is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a peaceful, family-friendly beachfront getaway. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful property, very clean (I’m a clean freak and wiped down the whole house, light switches, furniture and all and didn’t find much dirt) , property manager Alex was amazing and stayed in constant communication with me. Location was perfection, on the beach, near a snorkeling spot where the water is shallow and still like a pool for young kids, restaurants were all nearby. Our only issues were the gates to the beach entrances had rusted and malfunctioning but were repaired during our visit. The living room furniture, dining/bar seats, and patio furniture have some wear and tear stains that need tending to. Of note, there are lots of stairs and the stairs to the beach are steep, so not for disabled or very out of shape people, and could be a bit dangerous for little kids. Overall, the neighborhood(luxury gated community), check in, management, decor, beach and beach service ( complimentary 4chairs and umbrellas set up each morning) were all fabulous, and I highly recommend this place
