Charming 2-bedroom apartment with a great view!

We are a small quiet "Ma & Pa" apartment building on the north end of beautiful Clearwater Beach. Right on the intercoastal with a great view of the water. Watch dolphins and
manatees play right from our dock. You can park your car and not get back in it from our location as we are walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, the beach, Pier 60, and the marina where all the entertainment is. Family owned and operated since 1986!

Everything was close by (Restaurants and shops) no need to drive . Beaches and Pier 60 within walking distance. Apt was clean and a/c cool . Would stay again .

The owner was very nice, responsive, and very helpful! She was very accommodating to any needs that I had! The 2 bedroom apartment was sufficient and we stayed for 1 week. Very close to the beach as my wife and I walked 2 1/2 minutes to the beach!!

Memorial Day Weekend stay in Clearwater

This property is in a great location on the North side of Clearwater beach and away from the business. Definitely more quiet and more open beach (only 2 blocks away!). For the price, this was an excellent place to stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed for 4 nights recently. Each morning there was evidence of mice from the night before. Sealed food that was left on the counter the first night was ripped into and eaten. The following nights there were countless large droppings all over the kitchen and counter tops and garbage was on the floor that was ripped out of the can. Host was responsive but could not correct the issue prior to the end of the stay.

Perfect Location

Had everything we needed, Definitely Older vibe and decor, but had outside space to be and right on the water! Only 2 blocks from Ocean and a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and Pier.

Unfortunately, our stay was not as expected. The apartment was very dusty and had a noticeable insect problem, which made our time there uncomfortable. Many of the furnishings were quite old, and some items were unusable due to wear and damage. We also noticed some broken furniture, and even the clean towels were stained, which was disappointing.On the positive side, communication was excellent — the host always responded quickly and kindly, which we really appreciated. However, the condition of the apartment itself could benefit from a thorough cleaning and some updates.
