The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and private bath with huge closet. Perfect for couples or extra space. The second bedrooms has a queen bed with access to main full bathroom. The third BR has two twins.

Vaulted ceilings in living room and large front deck with mountain and river views. The deck has great breezes and expands the livability of the space. The Back porch provides another choice to eat, grill and relax. An eat in kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range and refrigerator. Washer/Dryer on site for guest use. Hard wired smoke detectors in all bedrooms and living space.

TV is ROKU for streaming and stereo connects to bluetooth streaming devices.

The driveway is steep, however the landing at top is flat with space for 2 cars and easy access to the side kitchen door.
