• A comfortable baseline pool temperature is included with your stay—
• 80°F from May to September and 83°F from October to April
• The heat pump runs daily from 8 AM to 7 PM.
• Want that perfect resort-style warm soak during cooler months?
• You can upgrade to a higher pool temp (typically 88°F) with 24-hour heating for just $35/day. Let us know at least 48 hours in advance, as it takes time to warm up when the temps drop.

✦ IMPORTANT POOL NOTE ✦ The pool heater uses a heat exchange system and does not work well in cold weather. If you request heat during cold conditions and the pool doesn’t warm up, we cannot offer a refund.

✦ AIR CONDITION ✦ To ensure the home stays cool, please keep all doors and windows closed. If any doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily pause until they are closed.

• You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home—every room, amenity, and space is yours to enjoy during your stay.

Trash is picked up daily. Please make sure to bag trash in a plastic bag and place them in the bin near the house or use the community dumpster to keep the home clean.

In accordance with Florida law, no open food items can be stored or left in the home between guest stays. For your safety and comfort, all food—open or unopened—will be removed after checkout. Please plan to bring your own groceries, condiments, and pantry items for your stay.

• Service animals must be declared in advance per community rules and Pet breed must be disclosed per HOA

Guests with ratings below 4.0 won’t be eligible to book. If your rating falls between 4.0 and 4.5, we’re happy to review your request individually.
