When it comes to hosts- Chris is second to none. The home was immaculate and the communication with him was prompt and precise. I honestly didn’t know that some hosts were as on top of things as Chris is at all times. Highly recommend if you’re truly looking for a stress free stay.

Excellent time!! We stayed here for 11 nights and we were very comfortable. We had 5 adults and 2 kids under 3, we had PLENTY of room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space. The pool was amazing. We paid for it to be heated and it was good, I am thinking we might have been able to get away with not heating it since it was so hot out, but I’m glad we did just in case. We were going to have a grocery delivery, but my Walmart app didn’t like the address for some reason, Chris referred me to a lady who picked up my groceries AND put them away for us which was so great. Overall, it was perfect and Chris is a fantastic host!!

Family Vacation

The house is amazing, it was cleaned and well stocked with linen and toiletries. The theming was awesome and the kids loved the scavenger hunt throughout the house. I would absolutely stay again.

I'm so glad everyone loved the house. Putting all the rooms together took quite an effort and I definitely stretched out of my comfort zone with the murals. Reviews like this make is well worth it. Great house

Lovely and comfortable for a Disney trip

The theme of the property very appropriate for a Disney vacation. My daughters especially enjoyed the Spider-Man room. The pool was beautiful and much needed after walking the parks all day.

Amazing

Everything was amazing at this property, my family and I enjoyed the pool and spa and the kids loved the rooms. This house is amazing for a family getaway or if you plan to visit Disney or universal studios, it’s not far from anything really, I think our longest drive was maybe 25 minutes. I definitely would recommend to other friends and family.

I'm so glad everyone enjoyed the house. As you stated, it's very close to everything. Many guests comment about being able to get back to the house just as quickly as they did staying on property. Wonderful Stay

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The home was fun, clean and we loved having the pool for our lazy days not spent at Disney. We would definitely stay here again.

That pool area is my favorite space in Florida. I love just sitting outside under the gazebo with a coffee or adult beverage (depending on the time of day of course).

House didn’t exactly match the pictures posted it was clean though i did reach out to the owner and sent pics of my complaint by email and double checked that he received it but never received a response oh well we still had a good time on vacation

So sorry you were disappointed in your stay. I made a mistake purchasing that particular piece of furniture for the pool area. It has cleaned up fairly well in the past, but clearly it hasn’t been kept up with properly. I plan to replace it in the future. Bigger investments like this take a little more planning financially. You surely didn’t try to do me any favors by fixing the screens on the gazebo. These naturally get blown by the wind so often end up on the couch. Nor did you note that the blue item to the left is the pool cover for keeping the pool heat in the pool for those who order it. You’re correct that I did receive your email, but it didn’t seem like a complaint. It was more phrased as a friendly email letting me know it was showing wear. Regardless I should have responded and addressed it directly with you.

As a father of two, I've always valued creating lasting memories with my children—whether it was beach getaways, Disney vacations, or weekends at the lake. As they grew, I stayed involved by coaching their sports teams and leading youth programs. One of the most impactful experiences for us was the YMCA Parent-Child Program (formerly Indian Guides and Indian Princesses), where I eventually became the head volunteer for both groups. These programs were all about building meaningful bonds through fun, shared events—a philosophy I’ve carried into my work as a short-term rental host.

In 2018, a fellow dad introduced me to the idea of owning vacation homes near Disney. After some consideration, I purchased our first property—Galaxy Beyond—and spent the first year learning the ropes. That experience sparked a new passion, and by the end of 2019, I had added a second home—Princesses Assemble. When the pandemic hit, I leaned into the opportunity and added a third property in July 2020—now known as Villa 9 ¾, inspired by Harry Potter.

In early 2021, I left my full-time job to focus entirely on short-term rentals. Our fourth home, A Villa Far, Far Away, a Star Wars-themed retreat, was a full renovation project that unlocked a creative side I didn’t know I had. Since then, I’ve continued to expand and evolve our portfolio, including the Marvel-inspired SHIELD Safe House in 2022 and the transformation of Villa 9 ¾ in 2023.

Today, my mission is simple: to create immersive, memory-filled vacation homes where families can laugh, connect, and make the kind of memories that last a lifetime—just like I’ve done with my own.
