This house was great. Myself and several friends rented this place to go see a concert at the amphitheater. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the front gate of the amphitheater from this house. That was super. The house was clean and tidy inside , linens and towels were clean and well displayed. All the appliances , TVs, etc. worked well. Bathrooms were very clean as well. Having four individual bedrooms was a big plus. The back deck is great for hanging out on. It was quite warm during our stay so while the hot tub was there and functional, we didn’t get to use it. I would highly recommend this spot if you’ve got a small group of friends coming from out of town to see a concert. It beats the heck out of waiting for hours in traffic and you don’t have to drive anywhere after the show is over.

Great house

The house is very clean and neat and the location is absolutely perfect for the neaby concert location (walking distance!).The kitchen is well equipped and the 3 bathrooms make getting ready quite easy even for a larger group. The hot tub is fully functional and the water is kept in perfect condition.

Sweet & Cozy

Our family of 10 traveled from New York and spent the weekend. Josh was a great host. His communication was clear and his response to questions and concerns were fast. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and everyone enjoyed the house. Everything is as pictured. We were super close to stores and other entertainment. Would definitely book again!
