Looking for the perfect spot for your family beach trip? This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway, including a coffee bar for your morning brew and beach views right from the living room. Just steps from Gulf Shores' pristine white sandy beaches, a heated pool and hot tub at the complex, it's the ideal place to unwind and make lasting memories.

We provide parking for ONE VEHICLE ONLY in the assigned parking space for #110. If you have an additional vehicle there are 3 non-dedicated visitors parking spots that are available on a first come first serve basis.

Family-Friendly Amenities Include:
*Sleeps 7: With three new twin beds in the bunk room, a brand-new queen memory foam bed in the master, and a sofa sleeper in the living room, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax after a fun-filled day.

*Beach Gear Included: We've got you covered with beach chairs, towels, and toys to make your beach days even better. A pool card is provided to access the pool area and is located on the key hook by the front door. A $100 replacement fee will be charged for any lost/stolen key cards.

*Renovated for Comfort: Enjoy a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and in-unit laundry for ultimate convenience.

*Perfect for Families: A pack 'n play is available for little ones, and the condo is fully stocked with everything you need-including linens, beach essentials, and a fully equipped kitchen.

*Coffee Bar: Start your day right with a cozy coffee bar, complete with all the essentials for brewing your favorite morning cup.

*Beach View: Relax in the living room with beautiful beach views, perfect for sipping your coffee or enjoying a sunset.

Rooms were clean and kitchen well stocked with essentials. Host was very attentive and replied quickly to any questions. Place was close to the beach and heated pool was nice on these cool fall days. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Condo was very clean upon arrival. Nicely stocked. Great layout. Convenient to beach and pool. Parking is easy. Very close to restaurants and shops in Gulf Shores. This will be a must for our family every year! Owner was timely in response and a pleasure to deal with!

We had a great stay!

The apt was beautiful! We stayed in it a few years back, and it was nice then. Now it has been fully updated and looks so wonderful. Being the 1st apt next to the stairs is super handy too. There were plenty beach toys and towels at the apt so we didnt need to pack anything like that. The house was pretty well stocked with everything we would need. Plenty of local restaurants and shopping to keep a teen busy. (We were there for my daughters 16th birthday.) The beach is so close and not to crowded. I had a great weekend.☺️ I can't wait to stay again. Maybe Sunchase will start me a punch card with a gift card after so many stays. Lol. (I'm joking)

Great Condo and Great Property Management Team!

My friend and I booked this condo to celebrate her recent retirement! The condo was neat, clean and well appointed. Starter packages of basic needs were provided. The bedrooms were well done with comfortable beds, wall hooks (so handy), side tables, good lighting, and a white noise machine. The bathroom had plenty of towels (and more hooks) and the kitchen had just the right kitchenware supplies for the week. The complex is safe and secure; we felt very comfortable in the area. Our experience with the Property Manager was met with ease and quick responses. There is a nice grocery, beverage, and amenities store very close to the condo complex. We found the prices comparable to our own local grocery stores. We flew in on the newly established Allegiant flight from Bellville Illinois directly into the new Gulf Shores airport. We took a twenty-minute Uber trip to the condo, ordered our beverages and groceries for delivery from Walmart, reserved our on-the-beach set-ups for the week (highly recommend) and spent the next several days and nights sitting on the beach and eating amazing food. We typically take bar seats for ordering our meals and have a great time chatting with the bar crowd. An Uber ride to Orange Beach where additional restaurants and family hangouts are available was typically around $20, plus tip. When it was time to head home, we pre-booked our Uber ride back to the airport the night before. This was my seconded booking at Sunchase 110, and I/we are looking forward to returning soon!
