This is NOT your next Getaway, ever!
The description online is NOT accurate. The smell when you walk in the door is a pleasant dead fish smell! NO AC when you open the door, which should have on vs 88 degrees. Hopefully, you bring your own water, because there is no water in the dispenser on the first floor or the second. In case you need to re-secure the window shade that is also taped with plastic wrapping tape at the top, pack some! AS a bonus, pack a few light bulbs just in case, since the one's at the top of the stairs are burned out. The Carpet needs to be cleaned and vacuumed too; it was not when we got there. The punched door and the top of the stairs to one of the bedrooms was a great decoration! WE were Unable to stay in the VRBO-THE SMELL! Philip lied to me and my husband of giving us a refund. "I give you my word, go online and cancel, you will get your money back". NOT SO. We could NOT stay in this place that should not be on VRBO! Philip was at first surprised by all the issue's and then became dismissive and rude and unprofessional! Left the place within 20 minutes! The place needs a lot of work! DO NOT STAY HERE, save your money for a Better, Cleaner, stocked and taken care place. Terrible host.
