This beautiful 2 bedroom suite is perfect for those looking for a central location within Winnipeg. Located next to Misericordia Hospital, Food store, restaurants and a variety of other amenities in walking distance.

The suite also features a pull-out bed giving flexibility to larger groups/families. Free Wifi and parking included. Kitchen features everything you need to start you day - coffee, tea, etc.

Suite is wheel chair accessible with the ramp/wide doors.

There are 2 entrance doors. Back door has a wheel chair ramp. Front door has smart lock for keyless entry.

Loved the location it was close to so many great restaurants. Very easy to get luggage and shopping into the unit. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 5days for a rest before heading home after a busy 5weeks. The apt was clean, it was a quiet neighbourhood. It was fully equipped and had lots of unexpected extras! Convenient location for us! The owners were very quick to respond via phone and text with questions! We will definitely stay again!

The unit was very well maintained on the living area. For safety in the bathroom, I would recommend safety bars and possibly a bath chair. I would rent this location again. Thank you

Comfortable but…
The home was good, clean and beds were good however not ideal location as we were to find out, rear lane was very dirty, news papers everywhere and homeless sleeping against house signs of drug use around. Wouldn’t recommend for kids. Home was very warm beds could use a top sheet or lighter blanket. Shower head was typical hotel style small and sprays all over.

- historic Westminster church that plays Bells melodies each evening,
- Food Fare full size grocery store with locally grown food
- Stella Café and Bakery
- Subways and many restaurants for all tastes including the best steakhouse in Winnipeg 529 Wellington (a little further walk to this one).
- Downtown is few mins drive to see Legislature building, Canada Life Centre where NHL Jets team plays, The Forks with Human Rights Museum.
