Welcome to our home, we would love to have you here.

You're welcome to relax with the whole family or work colleagues at this peaceful place to temporarily call home. The whole house is available to our guest. Cozy 4 beds (1 queen 2 double and 1 single), free wifi and parking inclusive. Our home is in a large family neighborhood with other town .

This unit is serenely setup for peaceful, quiet and enjoyable staying. Kindly adhere to our home rules to make the unit readily enjoyable for our next guest.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home.

Absolutely NO loud / excessive noise
Absolutely NO PARTYING of any type or form is allowed. This neighborhood is peaceful and there is zero tolerance for loud noise within the neighborhood. Partying or excessive noise resulting in a noise complaint can attract HEFTY CHARGES and immediate eviction. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances.

If you intend to book this unit to have any form of a partying or loud gathering, we recommend to NOT book this unit. We will be notified and you will be evicted immediately and fined for offenders

Overall, our stay was good. When we pulled up we were scared as the neighbourhood seems rough. There was no usable outdoor space, but I wouldn’t be sitting outside in this neighborhood. However, the place was clean and worked well for us as we had three of our children (21 yr, 20 yr, 16 yr old) with us and they each had their own room. All bedrooms are up a creaky flight of stairs, so if stairs are a problem for you, you might not want to rent this place. It was mildly annoying that there were only 4 towels provided for our 5 people in our group. I checked the hall closet and there were no extra towels available. The only obvious repair that needed to be done was the back storm door. The screen is busted and the storm door closure was hanging off and we feared it would catch our clothing and rip them as we went by. Overall, what mattered to me most was that the place felt clean as we have had bad experiences in the past.

Great Stay

The place was perfect for our quick trip to Winnipeg. Check in and cleanliness was great, wonderful communication throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our need

We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our needs. Host was responsive and flexible to an early check in so we could get to our event. Check in was easy with no issues. Would stay again!

Everything we needed

We appreciated the lots of dishes and cooking supplies. (Wish there was a dishwasher.) The house was clean and cool for our stay. All the pictures were accurate. Ultimately, we would choose to stay here again if visiting for just a couple nights again.

Met the need

We stayed here to attend a wedding. The location worked in terms of area of the city we needed to be in. The specific area was pretty run down and yard very unkept. Check in was easy and host communicated well. Home was tidy inside and bathrooms bright, but some things needed repair. Met our needs but we thought it would be nicer. Exterior photos and an address prior to booking would have given us a better insight into the property.

Worked well for a couple hockey families to share during a evaluation camp over the weekend. Was very clean. Basic necessities available in kitchen and bath. Room in the back lane for two SUVs to park side x side. Would stay again.

Lots of space in this property. The host went above and beyond to take care of our needs. Thanks a lot Elizabeth. This was our second stay. Hope to come back again.
