Nice Neighborhood

Home was nicely laid out with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. There was a nice park across the street with a playground which is great for kids. Will stay again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful, clean and quiet

This home is located conveniently near the freeway, parks, shopping centers and restaurants. However, the neighborhood is still fairly quiet. The neighborhood is clean and appears to be safe. There's a neighborhood garden across the street from the home and if you're lucky, you may see a turkey or two wondering the street. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Plenty of space for our group of four. Usually I'd blast the AC since I'm not used to the Cali heat, but no need to do that here. The interior temp was perfect while having the overhead fans going. My bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress, pillows, clean sheets and comforter. Bathrooms also very clean, well-lit, well-ventilated and well-stocked with extra TP, toiletries and clean towels. The host? Shahrir was AWESOME! Very kind, responsive and professional. Shahrir checked in with us before, during and after our stay. I got locked out after several failed attempts on the door keypad late in the evening. Shahrir responded to my text within a couple of minutes and unlocked the door for me. I RARELY do reviews on anything. This is actually only my fourth review in my entire life. However, I had to leave one for this home and Host. I would highly recommend this home to anyone...you won't be disappointed. THANK YOU Shahrir for the opportunity to stay at your home! We'd definitely stay here again if we're in the area. again!!

The house and the neighborhood was good. A park was only a block or so away which was ver convenient for the kids. The house wasn’t as clean as expected but not dirty

3 day weekend

Host was very accomodating. House was very clean. Spoon and fork, plates good for 4. If there is more of you, you might want to consider bringing disposables. Bathroom necessities such as towels shampoo, conditioner, body wash all provided for. There’s good size washer and dryer. Not exactly the best neighborhood. But not ghetto. I would probably rank it as middle to lower middle class. But house is nice and spacious.

Highly disappointing!

My recent stay at this VRBO was deeply disappointing and far below basic expectations for cleanliness, communication, and comfort. Here’s why I cannot recommend this property to anyone: 1. **Unacceptable Cleanliness Issues**: - **Hair Everywhere**: Upon arrival, we found multiple strands of hair **on the bed** and even more **clogged in the shower drain**. This is not only unhygienic but suggests the space wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival. - **Dirty Sheets**: The bedding had visible stains and dirt, making it impossible to feel comfortable or safe sleeping there. 2. **Terrible Communication**: - The host was unresponsive to messages about the issues we encountered. When they finally replied, their tone was dismissive, offering no apology or meaningful solution. Basic courtesy and professionalism were entirely lacking. 3. **Uncomfortable Atmosphere**: - The house itself felt cold and unwelcoming, almost like a morgue. Because the temperature in the house 58 and outside it was 39. **Overall**, this stay was a waste of money and left us stressed. Avoid this property unless you want to risk arriving to filth, poor communication, and an environment that feels anything but "homey." VRBO hosts should hold themselves to higher standards—this one clearly does not.
