1,804 sqft single-story layout — no stairs. Fiberwood water-resistant flooring throughout. The kitchen features quartz countertops, Samsung stainless steel appliances (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), blender, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all cooking basics.

Living area with Smart TV. Room-darkening shades in all bedrooms. In-unit washer and dryer.

Outside: 7,200 sqft lot with fruit trees, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture. Florin Creek Park and Recreation Center is directly across the street.

Quiet cul-de-sac in a newer South Sacramento development. Florin Creek Park and Recreation Center is directly across the street — great for kids, morning walks, or an evening jog. Shopping centers and restaurants are nearby along Florin Road and Stockton Boulevard.

Downtown Sacramento is about 15 minutes north. Sacramento International Airport is approximately 25 minutes away.

Street and driveway parking available. A car is recommended.
Cleaning/Checkout: Checkout is 11:00 am. Late checkout is $100/hour. We do a thorough cleaning after each guest’s stay. We kindly ask that before leaving, you place dishes in the dishwasher and start it, start a load of towels in the washing machine, and take out all trash. This helps our cleaning process and keeping cleaning costs down. Leave the home basically as you found it when you arrived.

Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, including wet wipes and flushable wet wipes.

Lost Items: Please do not forget anything in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot package and ship things that are left behind.

We are a married couple who started a company called Catnap Rentals. We specialize in hosting short-term rental properties in the Sacramento area. This home is being hosted for a wonderful lady who is in long-term care. She loves her home and likes to spend time there when it is not rented out. The income from the short-term rental pays for her care. A short-term rental is a better option for her rather than long-term rental because she gets to visit her home and keep all the furniture and art that she has collected over her life time. We feel honored that she picked us to host her property .
