This 4th floor walk-up apartment (there are stairs) is the perfect mix of historic features combined with luxurious modern amenities!

3 Bedrooms with 3 full baths fearuring a contemporary kitchen with quartz countertops and gas range, beautiful hardwood floors, luxury tile baths, and walkable to over a dozen bars and restaurants. A parking pass to the public parking lot across the street is included.
The space
Beautiful and historic space mixed with modern amenities. The kitchen has contemporary quartz countertops and new stainless appliances. Professionally decorated with brand new furnishings. Located walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
Guest access
The entire 3-bedroom unit with living room, kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, and dining area is accessible to only you!
Other things to note
25 year minimum age for any booking guest and absolutely no parties or events are allowed in our space.

Great space to house our out of town adult children that come in for the holidays. Lots of stuff around the area to do but we didn't because we were busy spending time with family in NKy mostly. Our daughter brought her dog and they had lots of options for parks and play for him.

We enjoyed our stay! The place is fantastic! Clean, quiet, easy parking, great amenities and they even threw in some snacks and coffee! Would definately recommend and would stay here again! It is a walk up and the stairs gave us all exercise this week!Thank you for wonderful accommodations!

The host was great and check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean, and perfect for our stay! The only down fall was how loud it was between the hours of 10pm and 3am. There is a bar across the street that has people outside all hours of the night/early morning yelling and and screaming. We were hopeful it was a fluke think the first night but it happened every night we were there (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday! This make it very hard to sleep or at least sleep through the night! Overall it was a nice place and worked for what we needed.
