The perfect house to enjoy a family vacation on the most beautiful beaches in the South Caribbean. Its location is unique, less than 500m from Playa Cocles, and close to supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, a pharmacy, and much more.

For the comfort of guests, the house has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. 2 bedrooms on the second floor with a balcony for both, and 2 on the first floor with direct access to the terrace. One room has the perfect spot to work from paradise, with a desk and ergonomic chair. A spacious kitchen, dining room and terrace with an open concept on the first floor with direct access to the pool.
