Great location to get to all the fun - short drive to casinos, the new Aquarium, 5 min drive to Jones Park Close to the Mississippi Coast Model Railroad Museum (huge Lego display too!), the Gulfport/ Biloxi airport, the Navy Base, the Gulfport Sports Complex, the Institute for Marine Mammal Studies, and the MS Gulf Coast Community College. And a little over an hour to New Orleans.

The patio has a deck coming from kitchen door to enjoy grilling on the private outdoor setting and dining table with chairs while listening to birds chirping and fresh outdoor air. The 2 bedrooms have comfortable beds with extra linen and pillows. One bedroom has a full size bed over full bunk bed. There is a twin pullout sofa bed for relaxing. The cottage's backyard provides a peaceful and private setting with a private decking for your morning coffee. It has a fenced backyard. There is a beach wagon with chairs, towels and beach toys for enjoying the beach. Also, enjoy playing corn hole in yard with family.

Ship island excursion, Dolphin cruise, surf fishing, golf, and water sports nearby! Jones park with splash pad, and Gulf Islands Water ark are very close. Big Play Entertainment Center has an arcade, mini golf, laser tag and go karts. At the Margaritaville in Biloxi there is a 55,000 sq ft arcade with a rock wall bowling and obstacle course. Mississippi aquarium is popular and Ocean Adventures is a must see. See your loved ones nearby at Keesler Air-force Base. Catch a concert at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum, Sarducci's has the best pizza and Murky Waters has the best BBQ. Sullys the best steak and cheesecake.

THE TRAIN~ The Mississippi Gulf Coast has a railroad track running parallel to the beach for the entire Southeast section of the state.
Simply put: Close to Beach = Train.
This means that ALL the homes in this part of the world hear the train rumble by and the loud train whistle blow. Trains run several times daily, and during the night, too. Most guests -like us locals-quickly get used to the train. For added security, This property is equipped with outdoor security cameras in the front yard, carport and backyard.
