Great weekend stay for concert at The Bomb Factory

My husband and I had a great stay for a concert at The Bomb Factory. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely be back for any other concerts near by.

Great Location

This apartment was nice. The listing was a bit confusing and we thought it had two bedrooms, just to be clear it is a one bedroom apartment. It is beautifully decorated and super nice inside. We stayed here to attend a concert at The Bomb Factory in Deep Ellum and it was a great location to just walk to the venue. This area has plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. It was nice to have a parking spot in the garage. We would definitely stay here again if attending another event in the area.

The cleanliness of the unit is unmatched. We were in town this past weekend for a HYROX race, and the location was perfect. Less than a 10 minute drive to the arena and so close to downtown Dallas. Kent was SO responsive as well which made the check in process easy and any questions I had were answered so quick. We felt very safe here as well and loved that no one could get into the building without the necessary code. If/when we come back to Dallas, we will definitely book this again. 10/10 recommend.

Fabulous birthday trip

We rented the unit for my friends birthday weekend which I told the host. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a cute birthday sign. I had no idea and she was so excited to see that. What a special touch!!! The unit was beautiful. The whole weekend we kept commenting on every little thing we loved (cute cow pics, gold silverware, stickers on cabinets to let you know where everything is, books, games) I could go on and on. The property is very secure. We took a Lyft everywhere and never paid a lot so it’s very conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you to the host for adding the small birthday touch & making this a fantastic trip.

I’m so glad your friend’s birthday weekend was a hit! Surprising guests with little touches like that is my favorite part of hosting, so I’m thrilled she loved it. It makes me happy to hear you noticed and enjoyed all the details we’ve put into the space — from the cow art to the gold silverware. Thanks for the kind words about the location and security, too. You were wonderful guests, and I’d be excited to host you again anytime you’re back in Dallas!
