This guest had no issues during their stay. But when we asked them to pay for the stained sheets, movies they rented and bedding they took from our locked supply closet, they said they would leave us a bad review over it. We charged them, they left their review.

Thank you for the review Lisa. It was a pleasure hosting you. Fortunately we were able to reset the valves and restore the flow balance in the pool, so we do not have any issues with the pool.

Thank you for sharing your review, Keith! We're so glad that Pelicans Landing was a great fit for your family and that the location was perfect for you. It's fantastic to know you appreciated the clean and spacious layout. We apologize for the inconvenience with the hot tub. Unfortuntely, the pool and hut tub share water so its difficult to maintain a temperature over 102 in the tub. We hope to welcome you back soon for another wonderful stay!
