The host was great. Fantastic communication. The unit was exactly how the host described it. Very clean, quiet, and relaxing and kid friendly. Our family had a great time here. Highly recommended to stay here again.

Wonderful property

This property was perfect for our family. We wanted to stay a couple days on the north coast before heading to the south coast. The property was easy to find from Montego Bay airport and was just as described. The directions given to us by the manager were spot on and allowed for a seamless process when arriving. The house was beautifully decorated and was central to things we wanted to do while on the north coast. The store and ATM right outside the facility was perfect as we were able to get some essentials and didnt even need to leave the complex. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Dream villa,🇯🇲a beautiful dream in Richmond estate 🥰

Dream villa is an amazing 3 bdrms 2 bathrooms home located in the coolshade Richmond beautiful gated community. Felt like a dream driving through the community so quiet and serene..property is amazing right in the middle of everything. My family of 6, 3 adults. One college student and 2 teenage boys 15 and 17 felt very safe and comfortable we had everything at our disposal (full well equipped kitchen,washer and dryer,wifi, tv's in bd rms and living rm with cable and Netflix, deck cards and board games for family entertainment, air conditioning in all rooms)..open front porch very relaxing with a ceiling fan. The community pool is only a 5-10 min walk or 3 mins drive ..private beach a few mins drive off property. On-site grocery and pharmacy store a plus. Also On-site Devon house ice cream shop (delicious😋)close to many attractions, chukka adventures, dunns river falls, dolphin cove and mystic mountain also only 15 mins from downtown ocho rios for Restaurants and shopping..a vehicle is highly recommended..rooms were clean and spacious the many planted trees and flowers brought an ambiance to the outdoors we felt right at home the only disappointment was when we had to leave..Mr Williams the host was very accommodating always responded to any questions or concerns in a timely manner (very important)shout out to ms Eunice the house caretaker a very nice and respectful lady made sure my family and I had all we needed thanks again..property is amazing one of the nicest in the coolshade community honestly and I'm very picky (hard to please😉)traveler..we truly enjoyed our 8 days at dream villa exceeded my expectations..heading home to work harder to purchase my own Richmond estates dream villa 😜until then I'm already planning for next year, again at karlando's dream villa..book it and enjoy the little pleasures in life we all so deserves..yeah mon!🥳🇯🇲💋💋

Perfect family home

We really loved our stay here. The house was just as described, clean and had everything our family of seven needed for our week stay in Jamaica. It is in a very nice, quiet, gated community and the pool was less than a five minute walk away. There were a few ants in the house, but we just made sure food was put away and it was not a problem. If we are ever lucky enough to come back to Jamaica, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

Great for a family holiday

First impression was great, house was clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the outdoor sitting area and found the indoor living spaces comfortable as well. We spent many afternoons at the pool (a short 10-15min walk from the house) and the kids loved the garden with the metal sculptures at the end of the block! Ms Eunice was very friendly and did a great job of tidying up for us when we called her in. Karlando always responded to my messages quickly and was nice to deal with. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend this property to others.

Decent place but has an ant problem

I will start by saying that Karlando was easy to communicate with and was nice to allow us to drop off our luggage before the official check in time. The house is not bad overall. However, there is a major ant problem. We had to use the bug spray quite a bit, which was not pleasant and did not solve the issue. Had ants all over the house. Also, had a cockroach in one of the kitchen drawers. Towels seem very old, torn and with stains. Some attention and TLC are needed.

Property was excellent, the accommodation ideal for the number of guests.

It was very easy to book this property and communicating with the property manager was a very good experience. I would book this property again.

nice accommodation. had lots of utensils in kitchen to use and washer and dryer was very helpful during stay. beds very comfortable. nice and clean. very modern, comfortable couches. easy to work with Karlando also.

Relaxed atmosphere

My God-sis and I stayed for 1 week, we love the house, the community, the peacefulness/security. We rented a vehicle and were always passing the security so much so that they was opening the gate and greeting us without us having to stop..lol. Karlando/Korey as Ms. Eunice calls him, is responsive and helpful. The home is as advertised..yasss! Tv/cable (we were too busy), wifi, ceiling fans, A/Cs. Pest sensors throughout the home and on the veranda, lizards were OUTSIDE, didn't enter and wasn't a matter. Ms. Eunice-housekeeper/cook is awesome and will not bother you unless you request her services. The supermarkets are near by..to the right on A1 just past the 2nd light on the left by Mother's. The country store in the community is expensive. My sis and I made a mistake and shopped at Progressive Foods in Ochi the prices are outrageous! We learned to drive opposites in no time..use your horn, hands and common sense. White solid lines..'no problem', still pass if its clear unless an on coming driver flashes their lights to let you know police are ahead...lol Enjoy, be nice and if 'they spirit tek yuh' you will find great people and really love the culture! Thank you Karlando, Ms Eunice and guards it was a pleasure staying! We will be back!

Lovely apartment and great views!

This apartment is great! Decorated in cool Caribbean modern colours. Mr William's attention to detail in every room accommodates for everyone's needs; from WiFi, TV's, music, board games. Greeted by the beautiful scenery, where each morning I said 'good morning Jamaica' to the mountains, whilst in the evening we enjoyed a flow of ready-made ice with rum and ginger-beer in the hammock. I travelled with my children 4 and 8, my partner, my mother and I was joined by my sister and my niece, 17. Eunice the housekeeper is a very nice lady. The owner is also great and consensus of client needs, like double checking if transport was needed from the airport before travelling to Jamaica. The apartment is in St Ann’s, outside Ocho Rios which made travelling more expensive since the nearest shop is a 20-25-minute walk. The pool and the playground were nice. Make sure you either have a car or someone to take you places. We felt safe with on-site 24-hour security. We had a wonderful time. Thanks again for your great home comforts Mr Williams!

Serenity at its FINEST!!!!!!

The Jamaican villa is everything it advertises and more. We had a most peaceful stay in the Cool Shades Neighborhood. We loved everything about the house and neighborhood. The Locals call it where the "rich people live." hahahaha

The Property was way beyond my expectations. Everything we needed besides food was available.

My family and I really loved our stay at this property. Would definitely recommend this property to others. The only problem we had was that the property was so far away from Ocho Rios and the community superstore but other than that we had a lovely time.
