This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers a great combination of comfort and convenience with beautiful ocean views. It comes fully equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen for all your needs. Outside, you’ll find a front porch with chairs and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying the view. The backyard features outdoor furniture, a barbeque, and a firepit for cozy evenings. Whether you're looking to relax indoors or enjoy the beautiful outdoors, this home has everything you need for your next vacation. Every room except one has an ocean view that pictures just can’t capture effectively. Spend your evenings watching the sunset over the ocean then after dark enjoy the harbor lights. Every evening, even if you are sitting outside, you will see our local deer family come through the yard.

Beautiful Views and Comfortable

The house had a beautiful ocean view. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s much better in person than expected. The house was very comfortable and well stocked. We had everything we needed: kitchen appliances, extra blankets, games, etc.The host was super nice and helpful, quick to answer any questions. Definitely will be rebooking.

Bird's Nest was a dream!

What an incredible stay at the Bird’s Nest in Brookings! The house truly feels like it’s perched at the top of the world, offering a breathtaking 180-degree view of the ocean that photos just can’t capture. This modern, newly-built home is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet setting, with a family of deer visiting daily. The kitchen was fully equipped with top-tier appliances, making cooking a joy, and the beds were so comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. We also loved the outdoor furniture, which was ideal for watching the stunning sunsets each evening. Bill and Laurie were fantastic hosts, always available to answer questions with warmth and efficiency. We can’t wait to return to this beautiful retreat!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The view from this property is spectacular. Pictures just can’t do it justice. The dining room table is big and perfect for game night. The breeze through the windows makes for plenty of fresh air. Every room except one has an ocean view, even the kitchen. The bedroom and dining room look onto a hill where deer appear every day. They like to look in the window at us. The living room and upstairs bedroom have remote control shades.
