Peacefull hilltop cottage with huge ocean views!

A hilltop setting among the pines, great for a romantic get-a-way or a serine, getaway for the individual. The property is extremely private with expansive ocean views from every window and a relaxing patio for sunsets. Above the fog line (usually). 3 miles to the beach and 4 to town. Many guests find themselves, just hanging out, a very relaxing and soothing property. Many birds including Pileated woodpecker and Quail. Incredible night skies! Very, very clean (my wife) and comfortable. See photos. Every year we plant new flowers, lots of new improvements, new heating system, new hot water heater, new bed and bedding and new paint. As hosts, we respect your privacy and will strive to make you as comfortable as possible.

Pictures don’t do this adorable place justice. The cabin is both cozy and spacious, and the flowers all around the property are gorgeous. And you can’t beat the view. Steven and Beth were fantastic hosts and we felt very welcome.

This idyllic cottage was just as described. The hosts were wonderful and gave us some great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try. If you are looking for a peaceful, comfortable and beautiful place to get back to nature and "reset", this would be the perfect place to go.

This was such a delightful little cottage. I needed a respite, a serene and quiet atmosphere. This cottage was the perfect resting spot to sit out with a cup of coffee and enjoy the gorgeous mountain view.I loved watching the hummingbirds and the sunset was spectacular.

Exceptional property, wonderful hosts. We needed a couple days to relax and recharge and picked a place fairly last minute and felt blessed to stumble upon something so perfect. Steven and Beth were incredibly kind and welcoming, and made their remarkably picturesque cottage a lovely private retreat. Highly recommend to anyone who could use a few days relaxing in the beauty of the southern Oregon coast.

a wonderful get-away spot! Peaceful, above the fog - or withviews of the water. Lovely gardens. No need to leave! fully equipped kitchen. AND Steve was thoughtful, friendly, yet respectful of our privacy.

My friend and I had a fantastic weekend at Steven and Beth’s! The cottage was cozy, clean, and perfect for a weekend stay. We appreciated the friendliness of the hosts and getting to enjoy their beautiful slice of the coast! We would definitely stay again.

Great location

This was a great place to stay. The location was beautiful and peaceful. The towels were wonderful. The bed was comfy. Host communicated great. I enjoyed a day of hiking in the redwoods and this was the perfect place to relax after.

Top Notch

This cottage had an amazing view in a quiet area. Great getaway with all the amenities, a comfortable bed, and lots of hot water. Central to all we wanted to explore, it was in a great location for beaches and the forest. Top notch, would recommend to anyone.

Steven and Beth were amazing hosts and very helpful with local information! Their cottage was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, serenely quiet, and very comfortable. It was stormy during our stay, so the view wasn't perfect. But sitting on the porch, deeply inhaling the forest scent while having coffee, was the most relaxing experience one could ask for! We wished we could have stayed longer! If you're looking to relax and let the stress go, this is the perfect place to stay! A big thank you to Steven for making our time in Brookings magical!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Serenity! we are about a mile and a half (as a crow flies) from the ocean. The view is very expansive! One looks over the tree tops to the sea. Peacefulness abounds. Lots of beautiful flowers all around the property. Many guests spend full days here rather than doing something else. We are 5 min. to the beach, 10 min. to town. Lots of great eateries available.
