WINTER RATE SPECIAL IN PLACE 2024-2025!!!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. This charming home offers a nice place to settle in while you adventure the coast. You are close to it all; local stores, breweries, restaurants, and close beach access points. With a spacious backyard and fun activities to do while staying in, you may not want to venture out as often as you thought! Enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, and a game or two of corn hole.

The neighborhood is mostly residential, however, you are close to other commercial businesses, restaurants, a brewery and local beach access points. This home is located in a residential and commercial mixed neighborhood. Specifically, a commercial business is located across the street from the home, it is a heating and air company so there is not much activity, we just want our guests to be aware before their arrival.

Superfly Martini Bar and Grill is just down the road, walk or drive to enjoy great food and great service!

You are also close to the local's favorite beach access/viewpoint; Chetco Point Beach Access is just .5miles away (about a 10 min walk from the home).

This place is great! This is the second time we have stayed here and will stay again. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing that needs improvement is kitchen ware. Not enough to prepare a meal or serve it. A bunch of mismatched not very clean utensils, pans etc. This is the only improvement that would be nice if it was made.

Home away from home

Our family of 4 adults and a teen stayed comfortably. It has a huge well stocked kitchen, large dining area, and a super comfortable family room. It’s right next to downtown and has everything you need.

It was a very nice house and located closed to everything in town. The park was a quick walk and had awesome views. Check in and out was very easy. The place was just as it was described.

I absolutely loved our stay here. Loved the home. Well appointed and very clean and within walking distance to a local coffee shop. It is also near the water where we enjoyed a west cost sunset.

Lovely place to stay
