This unique property is located in a central and at the same time very quiet area in the heart of ​​the city of Chania; a piece of local quiet paradise!
The property is located on the ground floor of a duplex in a very quiet but central neighborhood of the city. It consists of three bedrooms
: two double and 1 with a single bed. There is also a sofa bed to accomodate an extra guest.
There is an bathroom as well as an indoor and outdoor toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare your breakfast or lunch. You will find two coffee machines (filter & Nespresso) as well as a milk frother.
All rooms are air-conditioned but there is also an energy-efficient wood fireplace for those who choose to visit during the winter months. In the living room there is a 46'' smart TV with YouTube, Amazon and Netflix.
