Spend your afternoons relaxing with a refreshing dip in your private pool, visit the shaded Coral Estate beach just an 8-minute walk away, or explore nearby beaches like Porto Marie or Cas Abao. End your day with a delicious BBQ and a cocktail as you watch the sun set in breathtaking colors.

This fantastic villa, with panoramic sea views, is located within a 24/7 secured resort and offers the following:

Upper Floor

A bright living room connected to a fully equipped open kitchen featuring a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and stovetop. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is also located on this floor, along with a guest toilet and laundry room. From the living room and terrace, you can enjoy unobstructed ocean views and incredible sunsets.


Ground Floor
Two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom open onto a terrace with a private pool, six sun loungers, a dining table for six, and a BBQ. You can relax in the shade of the covered area or soak up the sun, all while enjoying the stunning sea views.
The villa is perfect for families, but please note that the pool is not fenced, so extra care is needed with young children. A baby crib (120x60cm) and a high chair are available for your convenience.

The entire villa is exclusively yours during your stay. Coral Estate is a 24/7 gated community.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and spacious. It is a short walk to the restaurant and beach front where there is decent snorkeling. Our host was very helpful and readily available if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

After over 30 years of visiting this beautiful island, our dream came true; the purchase of a villa at Coral Estate Curacao. We love the diversity of the island from beaches to outdoor activities, its beautiful nature and the perfect dining. We try to visit the villa with our two kids as often as possible for vacation purposes. When we are not there, we hope other guests can enjoy the villa and surroundings as much as we do.

The Coral Estate Luxury Resort is located in Banda Abou, on the southwest coast of Curacao. It is a 20 minute drive from the airport. It offers a unique blend of relaxation and adventure:

• A wellness center and a PADI dive school for exciting underwater adventures.
• Hiking and mountain biking trails around the nearby salt flats of Rif St. Marie.
