Welcome to Sunchase, your Gulf Shores paradise! This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers a fully stocked kitchen, living room and balcony with stunning Gulf views. With two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, it accommodates up to six guests. Enjoy outside amenities like a pool/hot tub, grill area, outdoor showers and direct beach access just steps away. Inside amenities include a starter pack of toiletries and paper products. Perfect for families, Sunchase offers comfort, convenience, and the charm of a coastal retreat. Book now and start creating unforgettable memories!

Nestled along the stunning Gulf of Mexico shoreline, Sunchase offers an intimate community of condominiums perfect for your coastal retreat. Appliances include: microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, drip pot/Keurig, toaster, w/d (in unit) and more.

Full size bathroom with tub/shower combo comes equipped with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap & toilet paper and is located across from the bedrooms.

A pool card is provided to access the pool area and is located on the kitchen counter. A $100 replacement fee will be charged for any lost/stolen key cards.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. We love our pets, but it is a HOA rule.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor so no one is above you! Note; complex does not have an elevator. Unwind in style ensuring a restful stay for you and your loved ones.

We have always and will continue to perform an extensive cleaning and disinfection program for every guest.

We had a little mix-up with the payment but Patricia was quick to address it and fix it. She was very responsive and answered my multitude of questions. The unit is on the 3rd floor, and honestly the only time it was an inconvenience was when packing in and out. We were in and out multiple times a day due to the beach being steps from the unit. The unit was remodeled, cozy and perfect for our family of 3.

I would not consider the room ocean front. The parking situation was horrible. 3rd floor and NO ELEVATOR! The pool was smaller than pictures show. It was clean and nicely kept. Any day at the beach is better than any day anywhere else. But will not be staying in this location again.

The condo was very nice and clean but it was difficult to accomodate 4 people because it only had one bathroom.

The condo was nice and very clean but was difficult to climb 3 flights of steps every time we left and came back to the condo. Please be aware there is no elevator at the condo units. I have an injured foot and it was very difficult to climb these steps each time we came back. On Wednesday evening 7/2/25 after taking my shower I accidentally fell into the bathtub after slipping on bathrug because it slid out from under me. I fell and hit my head on the bathtub and stoved my body up.I am still experiencing pain from the fall especially my head. I believe the bath rug needs to be replaced with one that will not slide when stepping on it. Other than that we enjoyed our visit!
