Welcome to My Villa 133, a stunning 3-story vacation rental in the heart of St. Augustine, Florida. Perfectly located near the San Sebastián River and a short drive or brisk walk to historic downtown and Lincolnville, this beautifully designed home is ideal for large groups, bridal parties, long-term stays, or anyone visiting for local events, beach getaways, or family celebrations.
Built in 2008, the home offers the charm of St. Augustine with modern comfort and craftsmanship—featuring vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, rich travertine and marble floors, American Clay walls, bright and open living spaces, and multiple indoor and outdoor areas to gather, relax, and entertain.
With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, including the main suite with a walk-in closet, private vanity area, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub. A shared full bath with a stand-up shower connects two additional bedrooms. Also on this level: a convenient laundry area and a fully equipped kitchenette—perfect for early morning coffee or late-night snacks.
The second floor is the heart of the home, designed for entertaining. Here you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a large island, open-concept dining area, and cozy living room that opens to two balconies—one overlooking the private courtyard and the other ideal for catching a breeze. A charming bar sits between the kitchen and living area, ready for happy hour or special toasts. This level also features a convenient half bathroom.

Check-In / Check-Out:

• Check-out: 3:00 PM Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval—please reach out in advance to confirm availability.
Parties & Events:
We welcome group stays and small gatherings. If you're planning a party, event, or having additional visitors, prior approval is required. Unapproved events or guests are not permitted to maintain the comfort of our neighborhood and the integrity of the home.
Noise:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a peaceful residential area, and we ask all guests to be considerate.
Pets:
We love animals, but pets are not permitted at this time. Thank you for understanding.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. This includes vaping. Outdoor smoking is permitted—please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.
Accessibility:
