Great location but needs some tlc

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience. There were a few issues that came up our last night. There was a palmetto bug in the shower as we were showering and German roaches got into our food and our cooler. Some actually showed up in our bag we brought home. A little disappointing and now we have to exterminate.

We are so surprised that we did not hear from you if you saw anything like this. It is important to keep the doors closed in the tropics. We have regular pest control and have not had an issue with this property before and are always proactive if there is ever a concern.

Excellent Trip

Second time at this location and it continues to exceed expectations. Great relaxing weekend for the family and location puts you within 10 mins from beach or downtown Key West. Family spent a lot of time at pool which is within feet of back porch Great location for families.

Our stay was amazing! The house was just as the listing said. When the washer broke, they immediately replaced it. Jack, their maintenance man made us feel right at home while the replacements were being installed! 10/10. Can wait to return with our children.

Perfect for our family Christmas

Well laid out and in a very pleasant compound. It is about 4 miles from the Old Town area in Key West where all the restaurants and shops are. There is a wonderful small botanical garden and a golf course nearby.

Loved the house with the pool right next to it. Quiet community within biking distance to everything. House was clean and appreciated that we could check in early.
