Rhythm&Views is Cincy's retreat spot hidden among the trees on the hillside of Mt. Adams, overlooking the Ohio River. Relax in the hot tub, celebrate with friends on the enormous deck while you watch boats float by, get cozy by the fire, and take in the sunrise and sunset over the water. Walkable to all the bars, shops, and restaurants in Mt. Adams, close to downtown! This secluded treasure is located right on the hillside, accessible only via city steps so keep that in mind, but so worth the trek.

Smoking inside is not allowed. A $1,500 penalty fee will be charged to guest who smokes inside, or near entrance so that the house smells of smoke.
Please be responsible with the hot tub. If the hot tub has to be drained due to negligence or recklessness there will be a $250 fee for refilling.
Please do not use glitter, confetti, or anything that will create excessive mess. Any excessive mess will be charged for to accommodate cleaning team.

Stayed here with several friends for our annual holiday celebration/staycation. The house is wonderful, it had plenty of room for us and was nice and cozy - with a gorgeous view to boot. A few of us enjoyed the hot tub, which is such a nice amenity especially on a cold winter night. The host was very nice and super responsive. Would highly recommend this property!I think the only downside is there is no parking at the house, you access it from public steps between two streets. So not ideal for getting luggage in or if you have mobility issues. It was only a slight issue for us because we got snow a few days before our stay, so they were a little slick. But definitely not a deal breaker for our group!

I live outside of Cincinnati in a beautiful old brick farmhouse on five acres with my husband KC, our son Leo, & our lab Milo. We grew up near Kings Island and have always called this area home! We have loved exploring the Queen City the last few years, always finding something fun to do. Hosting is my passion-- I never get over the joy of knowing you are gathering in our homes with friends & fam to create memories you'll carry around the world for the rest of your lives. Magical.

I have always wanted a place of my own in Mount Adams, so when the opportunity came to host this house I was so excited! My husband and I first visited Mt. Adams almost ten years ago when we walked around to all the hot spots, and fell in love with the Blind Lemon! I absolutely love that this home is such a short walk from all the best spots.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This property is utterly unique-- in the most charming and quirky ways! This old house was built right on the hillside, giving it the most SPECTACULAR view of the Ohio River from both the large deck (and HOT TUB of course!) and the windows inside. I love sitting at the bay window seat getting work done and waking up in the top floor bedroom to all the sunlight and beautiful scenery. It's walkable to everything in Mount Adams, SO close to downtown and OTR, but still feels so secluded on that wooded hillside.
