Located just south of 192 at US27 & Florence Villa Grove Rd. Disney and Universal Studios are a mere 15-20 minute drive away, Margaritaville with the H2O park is less than 4 mi. So much to see and do in central Florida, makes this an ideal location and a little over one hour drive, you can be on either coast if you so choose.



Our community is passcode gated for everyone’s safety. You will find our community very neat and orderly. We have sidewalks for walking. Vehicle parking is limited to two vehicles, no overnight parking on the street. Visitor parking outside the gate is allowed.



This villa is 2895 sq. ft. two level Disney themed home that will make you want to come back every year. Upon front door entry, you will find foyer area motion lighted. No more looking for switches in the dark. First, you will see the formal dining area with a relaxing lounge area. We have a fully appointed kitchen for all your needs. Newer appliances. Refrigerator, dispenses crushed and cubed ice and filtered water, dishwasher, new electric glass top stove with overhead full size microwave. Sink disposal. Bar area with seating for three. Breakfast nook area,seating for 4, connected to larger gathering area. Washer and dryer located on the first floor.



Bedrooms and baths



First floor master bedroom has a large en-suite with large shower and separate corner bathtub. King sized bed with new Sterns and Foster mattress. Lighted ceiling fan. Plenty of room for pak-n-play if needed. The other bedroom off formal dining area has a queen bed. Another full bathroom and half bathroom off the pool, are downstairs.



Upstairs master is another king with its own bathroom and tub/shower.

Beautiful Disney Princess themed oriented twin bedroom with carriage beds connected by a Jack-N-Jill bathroom, tub/shower.

Next room is the Toy Story room with two twin beds.

The last bedroom is the Harry Potter themed twin bedroom.

Upstairs area has a comfy lounge area with a tv.



We have a newly resurfaced full sized pool and spa with safety grab rails for easy in and out. And with a south facing pool you will always be able to enjoy the sun. Safety netting to keep the little one away from the pool is provided. Nice ceiling fan appointed lanai area for eating and visiting. Pool has new lighting for your night time enjoyment. Half bath is off the lanai/pool area. Plenty of seating and lounging chairs.



The garage is a game room with full size pool table, foosball, darts, and air hockey. Also In here you will find an extra full sized refrigerator if needed.

Seven TV’s all Roku equipped. All bedrooms have a tv except Princess and Toy Story Room.

Excellent Wi-Fi is provided.

Pak-N-Play and a high chair are provided.





Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Pool and spa heat (if applicable) can be added at a charge of $35 per day.
