Guest Access:

Solterra Resort charges a one-time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee for guests who’d like to enjoy the community amenities, such as the pool, lazy river, and gym.



$35 for up to 12 guests

$45 for 13 or more guests



The fee is paid by card only at the clubhouse (cash not accepted). Once paid, you’ll receive up to 2 access cards for the pool and a gym entry code



Other Things to Note:

A valid Driver's License is required at check-in.

Security Deposit: $500 required for stays over 30 nights

No smoking – $250 fee if evidence found

Pet Policy: No pets allowed – unauthorized pets incur $500 fee

Supplies: We provide a starter kit with essentials (dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, and bath items). For longer stays, please plan to restock as needed.

Early Check-In: Available for $75 + tax (subject to availability). Requests before 1:00 PM may incur an additional night charge. Please contact us 24–48 hours before arrival.

Pool Policy: Pool heating is optional and not included in the nightly rate. It can be added for an extra weekly cost — we recommend requesting it before arrival for the best experience.

The heater is set to maintain around 86°F and typically takes 24–48 hours to reach that temperature. Please note that cooler outdoor temperatures (below 52°F) may affect heating performance, but the system will resume once conditions improve.

-Please avoid bringing glass or sharp objects near the pool
