Condo Description: Top floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, 2 parking spots, a full kitchen with an island seating 6, a dining table seating 4, a large private balcony with seating, a small private balcony off the primary bedroom overlooking the pool, and a private rooftop deck with ocean views.

Rooftop Deck: Expansive private rooftop deck offering ocean and pool views. Conveniently features a nearby half bath, so you can enjoy the space without needing to head downstairs to the condo.

Bedrooms/Beds: All beds have comforters, mattress protectors and several pillows. Each bedroom has a smart TV, room darkening blinds/curtains, ceiling fans, white noise machines and extra plugs for charging phones. There are 6 beds sleeping up to 9 people.

Kitchen: Large, open fully-stocked kitchen with two-door refrigerator, freezer and ice-maker, dishwasher, 5-burner gas stove, oven, toaster oven, microwave, coffee machine (Pot and K-cups).
Included: glass and plastic plates, bowls, and cups; eating and cooking utensils; pots and pans; and a set of toddler-friendly plates, bowls, and utensils. Paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and general cleaning supplies are also provided.

Living Room: Spacious, bright and open living room with 2 couches, large ottoman, large Smart TV and sliding door access to private balcony.

Entertainment: Free high-speed wireless internet. 65" smart TV in living room, 55" smart TVs in other bedrooms. All have apps for your favorite subscription services (YouTube TV included). Several board and card games are also provided.

Laundry: Full size washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener dryer sheets provided.

Outside shower: Rinse off after a long day at the beach in our private outdoor shower.

Parking/Garage: Parking for 2 cars. 1 spot in the private garage and 1 spot in covered driveway. Paid parking lot immediately across the street.

Beach equipment: 2 beach carts, 2 umbrellas, 8-10 chairs and two coolers are provided. Beach tags are not required as Wildwood beaches are free!

Not included: Linen service (sheets, bath towels and beach towels) are not provided. Guests should provide their own or rent from a local service.
