ten grandkids and grandma

grandkids ranging from 15 months to 32 years old. the property outside was amazing. I rented. for the pool and B.B.Q. and firepit. the problem was there was no outside lights that worked. Very dangerous. cAN'T BBQ in the dark. can't have marshmellows around firepit. No lights. also was told that the pool light and all the beautiful lights around the pool didn't work. (But, when the poolman came ,we told him it was sad that none of the lights around the pool work.. He stated, they WORK he was told not to turn them on for us. So sad) other than that ..outside is AMAZING. house just needs owner to go thru and recheck kitchen supplies. no pot holders,most of the dishes were dirty. just put in anywhere. (cupboards were marked with whats to be in them,But not,) right front burner switch is broken, stays on, if your not careful. I would rent this house again.. all had a great 3 days.. Large for big groups. enough room for you to be all together or be alone to read a book. I just want other families with kids to be save and have a great time. Aspen Vaught (host) was amazing.always tried to get the answers we asked. thanks Aspen.

Family Vacation

The house was huge and accommodating to us all. There were plenty of towels and linens to keep us warm and dry when needed. The pool was large and the kids enjoyed every bit of it! We also enjoyed having our privacy and a nice fire pit every night! It was a win-win for our whole family.

Great location and large yard

The property is older, but it was good for us. We had a small dog and our adult son with us. Our trip was to hike the area, so we only slept at the house. The house has great access to town and very private - super important to us. The yard was gorgeous and the pool was a great relaxing spot. the weather was cool, but sitting by the pool in the evenings was very relaxing.

Very large hidden house right in Eureka Springs

Stayed here April 2025. LARGE home with LARGE yard. 5 bedrooms, multiple dining areas, POOL TABLE. Fully furnished kitchen with utensils/ pots/ pans/ plates/ measuring cups/ blender. Microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher. Clean. Ceiling fans in almost every room.Home is hidden away behind another home and an art store. Very quiet. 5 minutes to downtown Eureka Springs. 5 minutes from grocery. 5 minutes from everything.Back yard has a very fancy pool with pool house that was closed (out of season) during our visit, uncertain if it was functional but looked very nice. yard is huge and big enough to play tag football or frisbee with many people. This home seems like it was remodeled in 1982 or earlier. Nostalgic for us but may be offsetting to some. Enormous master bedroom with two double beds and lots of windows. One bad thing is the shower in the bathroom off the master bedroom. Clean, functional, however - 1970's Design disaster. Was some shower concept from the 1970's. Can't even describe how bad it is. Needs photos. HOWEVER, this is only one negative thing in an other wise excellent, huge house in an excellent location.
