Make yourself at home in the Royale on Cedar's apt. #3, (each apt has its own high speed wifi)
A two bedroom unit, restored in keeping with its original 1931 charm. It is a complete apartment with one queen size bed and in the other room two twin beds.
There are original hard wood floors through out, a cast iron soaking tub, a bright kitchen with full sized fridge & stove, direct access to the exterior off the dining area, and laundry facility in a common area of the basement.
We are very proud of this building and hope we can provide you with a comfortable, centrally located home away from home.

About me Hazel.....
I studied sociology/anthropology at Carleton University. Anthropology was my favourite so I have naturally maintained my love interest of all arts and culture including architecture, design and heritage. It is architecture, design and heritage that compelled my husband Evan and I to invest in this 1931 construction. We spent two years restoring it carefully in keeping with its original charm and heritage. We are very proud of this building and have discovered many stories belonging to the Franco Ontarian arts community of Sudbury which has added to its unique features for us and hopefully for all who have a chance to come stay.
